Dropping the phone I just about swerve into the other lane. Oh my gosh! "Mommy what's wrong?" Addie calls from the back seat, shaking my head I reach down and grab my phone and hanging it up. Why are people suddenly after us? We didn't do anything and I've kept my secret since I was seventeen!
Dialing Deans number tears stream down my face in fear our little girl is in danger. "Hello?" He asks and I can hear him turning by the clicking of his blinker in the background.
"Where are you?" My voice breaks stopping at a stop light.
"I'm in Racks. Why where are you?"
"Still in Clair, someone knows about us." I cry, the light turns green and I continue going straight.
"How do you know this?"
"I just got a call from someplace telling me they have a house for us, I don't know who they are but they know who I am. They know us!" I can hardly drive through the red tint in my eyes.
"Okay just calm down, I pulled over so you will see me and we can take a break for a moment."
"We need to go to Oregon, I don't know why but we do." I mutter driving still looking around for his car.
"Okay we can do that, sure thing. Just breathe for a moment, we are leaving and everything will be okay I promise."
"Dean I'm scared, I'm not scared like this but I am." My voice breaks harder and I turn finally seeing his car, parking it Dean comes running over to me, opening my door I just take two steps and he is in my arms. Carry pulls up right behind us.
"We will be okay they are just trying to get us out of town and they got that. Were moving okay? They won't see us again. We can raise our little family there peacefully. I will build us a large house in the woods. Completely safe and hidden so no one can find us."
"I just want to feel like we are safe."
"We will be." He strokes my he's while I cling to him tightly just wanting to feel safe. "Now come on we have a long drive ahead of us." Nodding I give him a small peck on his lips and walk back into my car to see Addie sound asleep drooling. Locking the doors we head back out to Oregon. A new chapter in our long lives.

"Sloan stop here for the night." Dean says, I nod into the phone too tired to respond, we have three hours left but I'm too tired to care. Pulling into the hotel parking lot my body feels numb and if I don't crash soon I'm surely going to pass out. Turning off the car I grab Addie and her small suitcase and lock the car. Dean meets me before the hotel and I give him a small smile. "Hey, you look exhausted."
"I am." I mutter, feeling weak too. Carry comes up looking worse, her eyes are bloodshot and I can tell she's been drinking her caffeine. Dean takes Addie from me and we walk inside the very large hotel, and to my surprise it's very tidy. This is like a five star hotel! Dean takes us up to reception and I feel even more tired.
"Hi can we have a room with two queens?" Dean asks, I feel like I might crumple now, fifteen hours in a day is pretty hard, going through all night straight and then the day too, I'm spent.
"Okay the will be $515." My jaw almost drops, shaking my head I pull out my red and good debit card and swipe it. Punching in my code he smiles and hands us our key. "Floor 6, and how long will you be staying?"
"Just one night." I say as a yawn escapes my lips.
"Okay enjoy your stay." He smiles, we nod and I take Addie's tiny bag and we all head up to the room. Heading into the elevator Dean and I are burned trying to enter. Hissing softly we back away rubbing our arms and ankles.
"What the heck!" I bark softly, that woke me right up. Carry stands confused in the elevator.
"We'll just take the stairs." Dean says and Carry closes the elevator heading up to the sixth floor. Dean and I walk up the stairs that don't burn us thankfully. My wounds quickly heal as we walk up the stairs and soon we reach the sixth floor even more tired. Carry is waiting outside the door almost asleep. Dean unlocks the room and she walks right in, Dean and Addie walk in too. Looking around I feel as if someone is watching, probably so that's why we are getting an early start on things.
Slowly walk towards the door I am stung again. "Ah!" I shout shaking my arm before gripping it biting my lip. That hurts! What is hurting us? Dean comes right out to my side confused.
"What's wrong?" Dean asks, I shake my head confused myself.
"I don't know I can't get in." I mutter looking around so they don't know.
"Come on try again?" He takes my arms and drags me in, with a large burn I manage to get in but I crumple to the floor in steering pain like someone just flat ironed my entire body. Trying to be quiet Dean quickly closes the door while I grunt with my teeth clenched trying to be quiet.
"Ah..." I squeak, Dean fans my body which actually seems to help. Soon my body heals and I just lay on the ground confused. "They know about us." I whimper, he just shakes his head smiling hauling me to my feet.
"Will this ease you mind?" He presses his lips to mine, I shove him back into the bathroom onto the closed toilet. Smiling I close the door behind me smiling.
"Sure thing."
