After May had died Tony took Peter under his wing, he didn't care if he got in trouble because of it or it distracted him from his business because he loved the kid. When most adults knew what Peter went through they looked at him in pity but Tony looked at him in admiration. Peter had been through so much death and trauma yet he still kept that big, bright smile that could light everyone's faces up in an instant and kept his head held high.

They shared everything with each other, their nights in the lab filled with chats whether they be funny or serious. Their movie nights, they practically knew everything about each other. Yet, Tony didn't know about one thing that was going on in Peter's life. Flash. Peter did his best to hide it from Tony that Flash had been bullying him and the torment and emotional toll he caused on Peter and so far, had done it successfully.

Here he was, in school, making his way out of school after a long day, his earphones plugged in as the music blasted in his ears. He could hear every storming step that Flash took towards him as he stood in front of Peter, a menacing smirk playing on his lips. Peter sighed as he took his earphones out, leaving them to hang over his hoodie. Flash harshly grabbed Peter as he backed him up on against the lockers as Peter's senses blared at him. His back hit off of the cold metal of the lockers as he tried his best not to call out in pain, keeping his lips screwed shut as he throat closed up from the hold Flash had on him.

"Hey Penis," Flash said in a threateningly low tone, dangerous almost, "You going home to your parents?" Flash continued, "Oh wait..."

Peter sighed internally not giving out any emotion or any trace of pain in his body language as Flash taunted him about his parents. As bad as he felt about it, Peter didn't remember them at all as he was only a young child when they had died. Flash didn't feel happy with the lack of emotion so he decided to dig a little into the more emotional topics that he knew about Peter, "What about your uncle, Ben? When he was shot and you didn't do anything about it." This got an uncomfortable squirm out of Peter as he continued, replaying the memory over in his head, "and your aunt, jeez Penis you really can't keep anyone safe can you?" Peter looked away, trying to avoid the tears that were building a glassy front in his eyes.

"Oh yeah, it's only a matter of time before Tony Stark kicks you out too, I mean you're just a useless orphan it's not exactly like he cares about you anyway." Flash taunted and with that he punched Peter on the side of the face, kicking his side as he left, leaving Peter leaning against the lockers trying to pull himself together as he went to meet Happy, who was waiting, annoyed out in the front car park.

"Kid you're ten minutes late, can you hurry up next time?" Happy said slightly frustrated at the tardiness of the curly haired teenager.
"Sorry happy." Was Peters reply, it wasn't enthusiastic as his words normally were, in fact, there was no emotion at all in it and after that, Peter never said a word.
Happy was used to the constant chatter of the teen when he got into the car even if Happy was slightly frustrated with him. Why was he being like this? Was it the fact that he was frustrated or was there something more?

Happy stopped the car, Peter giving a quick, mumbled thanks before grabbing his backpack and going out of the car rushing inside the compound. Peter was going to check on his father, trying to hold onto hope that his father would watch star wars with him today instead of locking himself in the lab as he had been recently. He knew that this was probably false hope considering his last few attempts had been very ineffective.

He hurried himself to his father's lab, taking a deep breath before going inside, the lab was decorated with dirty coffee mugs and many tools scattered along the workbenches and floor, along with many sketches and drawing that Peter had clearly identified as new upgrades for Tony's suit. In between all of the sketches, brainstorms and chaos, Peter could see Tony, his hair disheveled and wearing dirty clothes, covered in oil and a coffee stain? Peter knew that Tony had been spending a lot of time down here yet he didn't think that he wouldn't be properly looking after himself.
