The whole class was packing up for the end of the day, Peter lousily placing his massive textbooks into his backpack before zipping it up and throwing it over his shoulder, sinking back into his seat waiting for the bell to ring. The bags under his eyes were extremely visible and his drooping eyes were only conformation to how much sleep he had been getting, the answer? Not much.

When the bell finally did, Peter shot up in his seat, hurrying out behind his classmates to make his way out of the hellhole they called school.

"Mr Parker, a word please?" Peter heard his teacher call out, Peter Parker was his cover name because he didn't want to known as a Stark and have a bunch of fake friends because of his mom and dad's wealth and fame. (I think that Pepper should have more recognition so in this she's famous too)

Peter tensed up as he turned around, met with his biology teacher, one of the most annoying and strict teachers in the school of Midtown Science and Technology. A teacher which had a name for his straight up hellish personality in which Peter wanted nothing to do with.

"Yes Mr Stewart?" Peter asked as politely as he could.

"You're grades, they're atrocious and bringing down the entire science side of the school so we need to fix that before you get kicked out of school." Mr Stewart said rudely to the boy, disgust on his features as he looked at a piece of paper with Peter's school record on it.

"I'm sorry, I'll try better and make sure everything is in on time." Peter tried to explain but shrunk down when he felt the teacher's deathly gaze on him.

"It won't do so I've called in the leader of the whole science division to see what we should do with you." Mr Stewart said with disgust as he pointed to a chair, "sit down and wait for him to arrive." He ordered.

Peter complied not wanting to deal with the teacher's wrath, that was deathly and not something a sleep deprived Peter wanted to deal with at this moment in time, or any time in fact. They sat in silence but Peter could feel the teacher's deathly hard stare on him burning right through his skull and wanted to be eaten by the chair at that point. That feeling never changed, it only got worse when the leader of the science facility arrived.

The school was funded by rich and fancy people mostly, they all covered an area of subjects, like languages or creative facilities and dealt with everything that harmed the area, including failing pupils. No one had ever met the person who owned the two main parts of the school, the science and technology areas and had all came to the conclusion that the same person owned those areas and was always way too busy to come. They were right, but that wasn't the only problem. Peter had expected the person to be extremely rich and probably mad at Peter for bringing down his area of the school and be extremely rude to him but Peter was wrong. This was one hundred times worse.

"Well Mr Stewart or whatever your name is, what's the problem you had to tell me oh so urgently." Peter heard a voice call out, the familiar voice began to echo in the teenager's head and he wanted to truly be swallowed by the chair and never let out.

"Someone is failing my class and I need them sorted out." Mr Stewart explained.

"So? Get them a tutor." The voice said, and Peter could basically hear the eye roll in their voice.

"I don't think that would do, the student is supposed to be the best in the class and they just stopped handing in projects and papers that were due." Mr Stewart explained.

"And what am I supposed to do about...that.." Peter heard the voice trail off and could tell that he had caught sight of them, the voice instantly hardened, "Mr Parker."

Peter shakily lifted his head to be met with his father's line of view and could see the frustrated expression on his face, "H-Hello." Peter stuttered out in a small squeaky voice.

"Actually I shouldn't have called you, the boy doesn't deserve to be in your presence." Mr Stewart said trying to hide the distaste as best as he could for the boy.

"Mr Stewart leave us." Tony said, pointing out of the classroom, not breaking eye contact with his teenage son.

"No offence Mr Stark but this is my classroom." Mr Stewart tried to protest.

"Leave us Mr Stewart." Mr Stark repeated, still not breaking eye contact with his son as the teacher begrudgingly complied.

Tony waited until the door was shut before moving towards the teenager slowly, in long strides that became painful for the teenager, waiting for his dad to reach him. He looked down at his hands as he trailed his fingers on his jeans making small shapes with them.

He could hear his dad take a chair and turn it around so that he was in front of the boy as he sat down on it. He coughed loudly, clearing his throat as he began to talk to him, "Peter." The man stated quietly yet firmly.

"Peter." The man repeated as he stared at the teenager waiting for him to talk, who only sucked in his breath in reply.

"Peter look at me." Tony finally stated firmly as the boy complied and looked up at his father slowly with sad eyes, his shoulders tense and body rigid. Tony only now noticed the bags underneath his son's eyes that were prominent and dark.

"Why are you failing?" Tony asked the boy, leaning forward, his arms folded over his chest as he stared into his son's eyes.

"I-" Peter cut himself off by looking away and sucking in a breath.

"You what Peter?" Tony said getting impatient waiting for his teenager to talk as he tapped his business shoes against the floor in a rhythmic pattern.

"I've just been busy with Spider-Man stuff." Peter said quietly.

Tony leaned back in the chair slightly, still looking at the teen with his arms folded over his chest, "Well if it's your alter ego that's been keeping you from excelling in class they I guess you'll just have to bench being Spider-Man then." Tony said nonchalantly.

Peter's head whipped around in Tony's direction his body becoming even more tense, "You can't do that! Please don't!" Peter pleaded.

"Peter, you can't let this hold you back." Tony told his son softly but with authority.

"I-I can't just give up being Spider-Man! Spider-Man is more important he saves lives!" Peter exclaimed standing up.

"Well he's ruining yours so sit back down and fill this out." Tony said firmly.

Peter sat back down and took out a pen, filling out the questions. Tony watched Peter's every move as he filled out all of the equations, Tony took notice to Peter's shaking hand and dropping eyelids as Peter continued filling out the paper.

After another five minutes Peter pushes the paper across to his dad, biting the inside of his mouth as he watched him look over the paper with an emotionless expression. They sat in silence as Tony looked it over before he sat it down and got up motioning Peter to follow.
"Come on kid we're going out for ice cream." Tony said making Peter confused.

"Um dad, we're going out for ice cream?" Peter asked with a raised eyebrow, scurrying after Tony.

"Of course and while we're eating ice cream I'm getting that teacher fired, I don't like him." Tony pointed out nonchalantly.

Peter shrugged with a small smile, "No one likes him." And with that being said, Tony and Peter had a great time the rest of the day.

Peter also became one of the most popular people in the school and even Flash excepted him and respected him because he word got out he was the one that got Mr Stewart fired.
