When Tony adopted Peter

★ Headcanon ★

★ Peter was devastated when he found out his Aunt had died and refused to talk to anyone

★ He was on the run from the authorities for a while but one day they outsmarted him (no they didn't but he just gave up)

★ The orphanage he was living in didn't believe him when he said he was an intern for Tony Stark so he couldn't even go and spend time with his father figure

★ When Tony finally heard what had happened to May he quickly made his way to Peter's orphanage

★ When the receptionist woman person seen him she was S h o o k.

★ And I mean S H O O K

★ He was really tempted just to walk in and take Peter without being any permission but decided against it

★ When the receptionist finally got Peter to come down Tony's heart broke at the sight of him

★ Peter started to cry when he seen Tony there and hugged him so tight

★ Like tight enough to make Tony's organs pop out.

★ It didn't take Tony long to fill out the papers but he was still impatient at how slow the woman was being

★ Peter never let go of Tony until they made it to the car

★ That was when Tony noticed that Peter had actually fell asleep wrapped around him

★ Tony just smiled and took forever and a day to make his way into the car without waking Peter

★ Happy looking at him weirdly at the sight of him and Peter hugging and being all snuggly.

★ "Just drive Happy."
