Some Bucky and Natasha parenting Peter going down here again (:
I fell asleep while writing this last night but I hope it's still alright Rue171
Natasha held onto her blade tightly, the metal clenched in her hands as she stared at the blank wall ahead of her in her room at Avengers Tower. The blood trickled it's way down her hand but she didn't notice. She was never normally like this but only when she thought of him, her and Bucky's baby that she was forced to give up during her time in the Red Room.
Of course, they should've known from the start that something like this was going to happen, their bundle of joy ripped from their fingertips and they couldn't do anything about it. Natasha knew that Bucky and herself could never redeem themselves, she could no longer have kids. The one kid she had and it had been ruined by a bunch of German and Russian idiots.
"Hey hey," Bucky hushed, trying time gently pry the blade out of his wife's hand, the one she had squeezed making the blood trickle out of her hand and down her arm. Natasha seemed to come back into reality, seeing the blood on her hand as she let go of the blade in surprise letting it drop to the floor.
Bucky nor Natasha went to pick up the blade, Natasha just stared at it as Bucky wrapped his arms around her, he had only seen her like this a few times and every time it was because of this, the moment that haunted her everyday.
"It's alright Nat," He tried to soothe, only for her to start shaking in his arms.
"How could I just let them take him away? I'm an awful mother!" Natasha let out in between pitiful sobs.
Bucky didn't know what to say or how to comfort her, he just pressed a kiss on her forehead while rocking her gently back and forth, letting her cry into his shoulder.

"Hey Mr. Stark!" Peter chirped as he walked into the lab after school, rocking on his heels as he looked at his mentor.
"Hey kid." Tony replied back, while working on a project making Peter scrunch his eyebrows together.
It wasn't something you would usually see Tony do, he was normally covered in some sort of machine grease, with mechanical pieces piled and scattered around him, yet here he stood with test tubes.
"Whatcha working on?" Peter asked, clicking his tongue slightly as he spoke, peering over his mentors shoulder to see.
"I'm doing this weird DNA testing thing, I found this old letter and was wondering if you could help me." Tony said as he turned around, his face filled with confusion and a slight smile making Peter intrigued, "I found out I have a relative called Cynthia Parker and was wondering if we might be related?"
"Y-You think we might be related?" Peter asked, stunned at the information his mentor was giving him.
"Well I don't know Pete," Tony said with a sigh as he spun around slightly on his chair, "it's a long shot but it wouldn't hurt to try I guess, you in?"
Peter nodded, what exactly did he have to lose? Even if he wasn't related to Tony he might have some unknown relative he didn't know about and that would be cool to know, considering he didn't have anyone in his family left.
"I'm in."

It didn't take that long for the machine and Friday to process and finalise the results, lighting up in green and a small high pitched tingle noise coming from the machine, it sounded like it could have possibly been wind chimes or something similar.
