Field Trip + Rogue Avengers

Peter honestly wasn't very excited for the field trip like everyone else was, he had already seen the whole tower considering he had lived here for a few years after Aunt May's death and he knew every single in and out of the large building. He was literally getting a tour of his own home for his school trip which honestly, as cool as the tower was, wasn't exactly what he was hoping for when they got a surprise location field trip.

He already knew the layout for the tower tours, reception, intern labs, the superhero museum thing his dad had built, the training rooms and a lot more. He didn't need to be on this tour, he had taken this tour before, he had guided people around this tour before. He knew the things that the tour guides needed to say and the areas they had been in he had been in one hundred times before that he could tell you wherever anything was if he really needed to.

He had been excited for this year's field trip, last year's one hadn't exactly been a full success causing Peter to be extremely ill and his near death experience but it gave him his powers and now he was Spider-Man. No one ever got to say that. When they got onto the bus and he seen his home slowly start to arise that's when he internally groaned, he had already pleaded his dad to not make him take any of the tours as a tour guide but now he was going to have to go around the tour?! At least he got to mess with some of the people on the tours when he could and not get in trouble with it but then again, the teachers all seemed to be out to get him as per usual and would watch him like a hawk this year.

Thanks to Ned, his 'internship' had been shared with the school which caused him to be even more hated for being a liar and it wasn't just taunts he was getting, the whole school seemed to hate him for 'lying' even though he technically was telling the truth about going to Stark Towers, except he lived there. They honestly shouldn't be able to hate him either considering most of the people in the school were liars, bullies and attention seekers.

Flash's taunts were seriously bothering him today too, not only was he taunting him just on his regular basis with all of his normal everyday taunts he now had extra taunts about Stark Industries and more. Peter honestly just wanted to hide.

They all got badges no problem and went into the building to begin the tour, he could feel Mr Harrison's eyes glaring marks into his very being and it was honestly becoming extremely uncomfortable for him. He stuck around with MJ considering Ned was following the tour guide, Emily, who was a friend of Peter's, around like a lost puppy. MJ of course, didn't really care for the tour and continued to read her book as they walked, not uttering a word too Peter or any of her other classmates.

Peter began to zone out and go into his own little world as Emily droned on about the different Iron Man armours that Tony had on display in the room. He nearly fell asleep at one point not because Emily was boring, it was because this whole trip was boring from him and he could be doing something more valuable with his time, like coming up with a new web formula.

"Mr. Parker." Mr Harrison growled as Peter turned around, clearing himself out of his gaze to see all of his class,antes already leaving the room, "Pay attention, you should be glad the school even let you on this field trip considering the lies you've told about having an internship here."

"But Mr Harrison I-" Peter was cut off by his teacher again.
"Save it Mr. Parker I don't want to hear any excused or any word coming from your mouth for the rest of the trip at all for that matter." Mr Harrison said before turning and leaving to follow after the class, Peter following in tow.

Peter didn't actually listen that much for the rest of the tour, only vaguely hearing shouting from down the hall coming from the conference rooms. He could recognise his dad's voice when he focused more attention to it and quickly darted in that direction. The whole class had noticed this however and quickly followed after him, including a very furious Mr Harrison.

"Mr. Parker you better get back here right now!" The teacher said, raising his voice to the student but Peter didn't listen, he didn't even really hear the voice at all as he focused on the shouting that he could hear to try and locate it.

When he finally did he stopped dead in his tracks as he swung the door open, seeing the rogue avengers and his dad along with his uncle Rhodey in the room, serious and vicious expressions sewed onto their faces,

"What the hell is a kid doing in here?" Steve called out, his anger clear.
"I'm not just any kid, Cap." Peter said mockingly to the captain who looked shocked at how blunt the kid was, "and you should really watch who you're talking to."
Sam just snorted and rolled his eyes, "Kid do you know who we are."
"Of course I do." Peter replied instantly, a venomous undertone in his voice, "but the real question is do you know who you're talking to?"
Sam and Steve just squinted their eyes at the kid as he stepped forward.

"You have no idea what's going on right now because you're just a random civilian so can you please leave so that the adults and superheroes can resolve this." Steve said, doing his best to put authority into his patriotic voice.
"Listen, Cap. I know more that you think I do, I know that you left my dad to die, sticking your dumbass shield right through his arc reactor."

Steve's eyes just widened when he heard the word 'dad' used. Peter quickly used his shock to his advantage driving Steve up against the wall, which only caused his shock to increase.
"You're just a kid, don't make this physical, I'm not going to hurt just a random bystander."
"You has no trouble trying to hurt me when you dropped a terminal on me did you." Peter growled getting right up in his face.
"You're spiderguy."
"It's Spider-Man but whatever." Peter said as he rolled his eyes, "Despite my appearance I can be pretty deadly so you have five minutes to pack your shit and get out of my dad's tower before I make you leave myself."

Steve would be lying if he said that he wasn't intimidated by the teenager, as cute and adorable as he looked normally the kid was deadly when you get on his bad side which Steve had managed to do terribly well. Steve and Sam quickly left the building trying to act calm and collected but on the inside he was freaking out.

Tony quickly walked up and pulled Peter in for a hug, Peter hugging back straight away, not missing a beat. When they broke apart Peter quickly turned to see his classmates standing there, horror, shock and surprise all over their faces as Peter smirked.
Tony just muttered, "Damn."

He and the kid had a lot of explaining to do.
