Spider-Man One Shots!

Peter's day hadn't exactly been going great, he had gotten a detention from Flash being annoying, crazily enough. He hadn't even done anything wrong, Flash punched him in the stomach and was taunting him about his parents and uncle and when Peter shouted 'shut up flash' he got detention after school. The school and just the world were out to get him, he was sure of that. When he told Happy that he was going to have to wait a little after school because of the attention, he could tell that Happy was annoyed at him, but when was Happy not annoyed at him? Ned had been off ill today so he hadn't talked to anyone all day so when he thought his day was going to get better when he reached the tower, he was wrong. 

He was seriously wrong. 

The tower had always been Peter's safe haven ever since he first met Mr Stark and 'interned' at the tower, the school certainly wasn't considering how basically everyone hated him apart from MJ and Ned, it was also his place which he called his 'beat up zone' which frankly, it was. Flash's torment and the pain he endured physically and mentally through it all certainly didn't make himself feel safe. Outside wasn't either, some people liked to have long walks along the beach or in the park to calm themselves down but for Peter, it just wasn't his thing. His apartment with May could have been called a safe haven but honestly, from all the commotion next door and the shouting he could hear through the walls didn't exactly make him feel safe. The tower also just made him feel more at home, the science aspect of things was even better because he was in his element and doing something he really enjoyed. He was also hanging out with his father figure but it wasn't exactly like Tony knew that was what Peter thought of him as. 

Walking in felt normal, there was nothing unusual going on downstairs and everyone greeted him as he walked past, him doing the same back of course but he had learned to not judge a book by it's cover and this proved to be a valid life lesson as he walked up to the receptionist. 
"Hey Laura, do you have any new paperwork for Mr Stark?" Peter asked, it was the same question he asked her on a daily basis, they normally talked to each other a little more than that and had formed a friendship easily, but today, there was no time for friendly chatting. 

Laura tensed up at the sound of the teenager's voice, turning around hesitantly, "No there isn't but just be careful Peter, there's some...visitors upstairs." Laura said, warning Peter as Peter instantly tensed up.

Of course, if you couldn't already tell, Laura wasn't a normal receptionist, she had been friends with Tony and Pepper for a while and she knew a lot of what went on in the company apart from confidential things and stuff like that but she normally knew about all the meetings and who was at them. 

"O-Okay thanks for telling me." Peter said before rushing to the elevator. 

Peter literally ran into the elevator when it opened, tapping his foot impatiently on the floor, why was it so important that Laura had to warn him about something? Was Mr Stark okay? Were these people dangerous? 

FRIDAY certainly took her time getting Peter up to the conference rooms in Peter's opinion even though he knew he was just being impatient. When the doors opened he could hear shouting from afar but it was loud and crystal clear thank you to his super hearing. Instantly his blood boiled they were here, the people who almost killed Tony and left him to die. 

He ran, fury in his eyes to the conference room. 
"You're just a drunk, Tony!" Steve yelled at Tony, keeping his stare on him furiously. 
That was, until, the door slammed open.

A teenager with brown curly hair and deep brown eyes stormed into the conference room, "Pete!" Tony said in surprise. as he looked at the boy. 
"I'm not sure who you are, but get out, you aren't supposed to be in here." Steve said as Peter just chuckled darkly. 

"I'm not supposed to be here?!" Peter started, staring with the most violent and dangerous look in his eyes at the blonde super soldier, "You should be locked up in a jail cell, in fact in the raft!"

Steve just rolled his eyes at the boy, "You don't know what you're talking about, leave." Steve commanded.

"Pete, just leave it, calm down." Tony said, putting his arm around the teenager's shoulders. 
"No! He left you to die! You tried to reason with him, you paid for everything while he lived here and you got them off the wanted list for the government yet he comes in here talking shit about you!" Peter said, getting even more furious. 

"Son you don't know what happened, you weren't there, how are you sure he isn't feeding you lies?" Steve assumed.  

Peter snorted walking up to Steve before grabbing onto his shirt and ramming him into the wall behind him, "I was there, in fact I'm the one you dropped a terminal on, so I would can it America's Golden Boy, try not to assume things right before you make lies and try to manipulate others." 

"You're Spider-Man?" Steve said, a look of even more fury on his face. "Tony how could you let a kid fight and put him in danger?!" 

"I was fighting crime waaaay before Mr Stark met me Cap, except in a homemade suit so if we're actually being serious about this, Mr Stark made me safer."  Peter said, "So before you assume things yet again, I'd suggest you shut the fuck up before I make you."

Steve just stayed silent as Peter let go of his shirt, walking back to Mr Stark, hugging him. "Thanks Pete." Mr Stark murmured so only the boy could hear. 

Peter just smiled at him softly, "Head down to the lab and I'll join you later, okay?" Mr Stark said to Peter, who nodded in return and made his way out of the room where the currently stunned Avengers were.

"Who actually is the kid, apart from Spider-Man of course?" Clint asked Tony, just curious, not taunting or anything.

"He's my son." Tony said before standing up and walking out of the room to join Peter.
