|24. I Just Ruined the Bet|

3 days before Jennie's graduation...

Jennie's POV
|Jennie's University|3.24|

"Finally our last class of our whole education!" Nayeon yelled in the hall way.

It was really our last day and our last class, I already had my lunch, now me and Nayeon were about to go home, our dorm are quiet close to each other.

Come to think about it again, I've been through a lot in my educational life, what would happen next when I grew up in the upcoming time, what will I do.

I have never though about everything before, so I become nervous leaving this college, it's felt like leaving my comfort zone when I get everything from my parents, and now I had to work to get them, well I've worked to get money before but this time, I'm sure it's way more challenging.

As I was about to step out, I hesitate for a moment while Nayeon kept on walking out but then realized I stopped.

"Jen, you okay?" Nayeon muttered softly as she turned around to face me.

Other people were walking passing by while giving glances at me who stopped in the middle of the way.

I slightly whimpered as I sigh in nervousness then look up at her with a weak smile.

She grab my wrist then pull me off the way.

"Hey, you alright? You can tell me anything. Don't tell me you're worried about Kai?!" she slightly yelled but then I shut my eyes then shook my head.

"No, let's get back to the road.." I took her hand then walked to the sidewalk heading straight.

"So what's up? You seemed off.." she immediately asked.

We continue walking slowly while I chuckled, rewinding the stupid scene earlier.

"Well, I am worried but not about.. Kai, of course not. I'm worried about what will happen next when I, we leave our comfort zone. We've been schooling for more than 12 years and now, we are fully on our own." I explained what I just thought.

She just sigh and kept walking, focusing on her walking.

"Yea, I've thought about that too, and I talked about it to my therapist. She said everything will be okay as long as you have a plan for your life, prayed everyday." she replied to my statement.

We kept walking and we finally reached her dorm, I can see her other friends waiting through the window in the building.

"Well Jennie, it's been a long ride, I should get inside, see you later girl?" she turned her head to me.

I sighed then we hug.

"It's been a pleasure to be friends with you in college, we had great times. Thank you so much for everything." I said pulling away.

She shoot a smile at me then let go of my hand and step inside before turning around for the last time.

"Call me later okay? We should hang out again." she smiled excitedly.

I giggled at her enthusiasm.

"Sure why not?" I waved at her then she step inside her dorm building.

I should have grab a taxi, I forgot that going to Nayeon's dorm is just walking way further from my dorm. I decided to enjoy my journey back home while thinking about my graduation later in 3 days.
