Chapter twelve

Tris pov

"How cute are they" Christina says as Tobias and I pose by the cake.

I'm so happy to eat this cake. My mom got it from some bakery. Its so adorable.

"Little Sophie get over there and get in a picture with your mom and dad" Zeke says holding his phone as he gets ready to take a picture.

"Tris is not my mom" Sophie yells and runs to her room.

"Sophie sweetheart-..." Tobias tries to stop her but she keeps on running.

Zeke looks over at us with sorry faces.

"It's okay dude. She's just very sensitive about her mom" Tobias tells him

"I'm going to go talk to her" Tobias says to me, letting go of my hand.

"No, let me" I say

"Are you sure" he ask me

"Yeah I got this" I say and wobble to her room as fast as I can.

I knock on her door and peek in. She's crying on her bed. She sees me and wipes her tears.

"I'm sorry tris. I love you but I love my mom too and I miss her so much" she tells me and I hug her.

"It's okay sweetheart. It's okay to be sad. I just want you to know I will never replace your mom because she will always be with you. I will love you and be there for you whenever you need someone. I love you soph" I tell her and she hugs me tighter

"I love you too" she whispers and I feel her calm down.

"Hey why don't you cut the first piece of cake" I say and she looks up at me with a smile.

She holds my hand and we walk out of her room, we both have big smiles.

"Look who's ready to cut the cake" I say and everyone cheers.

I pick Sophie up and hold her up to the cake while Tobias holds the knife with her. She slices a big slice and once she's done, everyone cheers again.

I put Sophie down and leave her to eat her cake.

Tobias grabs some frosting from the cake and rubs it on my face. I laugh and quickly wipe it off since it's not white frosting, I don't want it to stain my face.

I close my eyes and get the frosting away from my eyes. The room goes silent and when I open them Tobias is on one knee with a beautiful ring in his hands.

I cover my hands over my mouth and gasp.

"Tobias" I say with a big smile

"Marry me Tris" he says and a tear runs down my face.

I nod and he smiles standing up.

"Yes?" He smiles

"Of course yes" I say and he chuckles, putting the ring on my finger and holding my face to kiss me. I smile into our kiss and kiss him back. Everyone around us just cheers. I look down at the ring and smile at how beautiful this moment is.

"My baby is getting married" my mom says running over to Tobias and I to hug us.

"Congratulations you two" my mom adds

"Thanks mom" I say to her with a smile

"Now who wants cake" Tobias says

His mom comes over and starts to cut more cake.

Before anyone sees us Tobias grabs my hand and pulls me with him so we can go somewhere just us.

He settles on the bathroom.

He locks the door behind us and I immediately smash my lips onto his. He sits me on the kitchen counter and unzips his pants.

I hold his waist and pull away from our kiss.

"Can someone watch Sophie tonight, I have some things in mind that we can do tonight that are not kid friendly" I whisper to him as he kisses down my neck.

"I can make it happen" he whispers against my neck

He lifts my long dress up and holds the hem of my underwear. I put a hand on top of his and connect our lips back together.

"Save That for later" I tell him and he groans making me laugh.

"It will be real quick" he says

"Fine" I say and he quickly pulls down my underwear and charges a finger into my private area while he takes his pants off. I gasp louder then I expected and he closes our mouths with a kiss.

He pushes himself in and I lay my head back against the mirror as he moves.

I bite my lip and pull him close. He holds my face and brings my lips back to his and then we finish. I quietly moan and try to catch my breath while laying my head back on his shoulder. He catches his breath and we look up at each other and laugh.

"We're getting married" I say excitedly

"We are" he says smiling at me

I lean up and give him one last long kiss, then we start to clean ourselves up so we can head back to the party.

"Where were you" Christina ask as I bring my hair up into a ponytail, walking back to the party.

Tobias went to go talk with some of his guy friends.

"Tobias and I just had sex in the bathroom" I say to her and she laughs.

"That's so hot" she says

"If only will would sleep with me in a bathroom, if only will would sleep with me in general" she tells me

"You two haven't been having sex" I ask her

"He says he's never in the mood" she tells me

"He sounds like me" I laugh

"You're pregnant it's understandable" she tells me and I nod.

"He'll come around" I tell her and she sighs

"I hope so" she says

"So how is sex while pregnant? Is it different" she ask me

"No. It's pretty much the same" I tell her

Strong arms wrap around me and I look up at Tobias with a smile who kisses my head.

"My mom and dad are watching Sophie tonight" he whispers to me and I smile at him.

"I can't wait" I say and we sway to the song that's playing. Tobias keeps his arms wrapped around my waist from behind and we dance.

I giggle as the babies start to kick. I hold Tobias's hand where they are kicking as we dance. He turns me over and I wrap my arms around his neck. I peck his lips and he leans down to kiss me longer when Sophie crashes into us.

Tobias picks her up and we all dance together. I tickle her little tummy and she giggles.

"Now daddy's turn" I say and we tackle him with tickles. They then get me and it turns into a laughing fest.
