Chapter twenty nine

Tris pov

"You're pregnant" she tells me and my eyes go wide.

"I'm what" I say in shock

"Tris you're pregnant" Christina says jumping up and down

I sink to the floor and start crying.

I'm having a baby, what is Tobias going to think? Should I tell him now or later.

"What's wrong tris? Are you happy" Christina asks me

"I'm excited. I just didn't expect this" I say and she hands me a tissue to wipe my eyes.

"Hey. This is a happy day and a happy moment. I'm so happy for you. Now go find Tobias and make him the happiest man in the world" Christina tells me

Christina helps me up and hands me the pregnancy stick. I read the stick and gasp. I'm already 4 months. How did I not know and why did I get my period last week? I definitely have to set an appointment at the doctors.

We walk out the bathroom and Tobias spots me.

He loops an arm around my waist and kisses my cheek.

"Hey hon, where have you been? My boss wants to talk with us" he tells me and I go mute.

"Wait babe I need to tell you something" I tell him and he holds my hand as his boss spots us and comes closer to talk with us.

"There's the happy couple" his boss says and I give him a smile

"Hi chief" Tobias says and they exchange a nice handshake.

"Hello tris. You make a very beautiful bride" his boss says and I just smile. I have so many emotions going on.

"Thank you" I giggle

"Well congratulations. I will see you around" his boss says and leaves us to go to the bar with his wife who just stood there and smiled.

"Can we talk" I ask Tobias and he turns to me and wraps his arms around my waist.

"What's going on" He says to me gently.

"Please welcome the newly weds for their first dance" the dj announces and the attention gets focused on us.

Tobias extends his arm out to me and I lovingly grab it as a typical wedding song plays as we make our way to the dance floor.

Everyone rushes to their seats and watches as we sway to the music.

"So what is this important thing you need to tell me" Tobias whispers to me as my arms stay wrapped around his neck and his hands at my waist.

"Well looks like today is just filled with good things because I'm pregnant" I tell him and his eyes go wide.

He backs away from me and covers his face with excitement.

"You're pregnant" he says excited and I giggle, nodding.

He comes back to me and kisses my stomach. I giggle holding his face and bring him up for a kiss. He hugs me and everyone watching is confused.

"What's going on?" My mom ask coming to the dance floor with my dad and Tobias's parents.

"I'm pregnant" I say beginning to cry and we join each other in a group hug.

Everyone in their seats cheer. I lay my head on Tobias's chest and he holds me as everyone continues to cheer and clap.

"Do you know how far along you are" Evelyn asks me.

"The stick said 4 months but I need to go to the doctors for confirmation. I can't believe I didn't know for 4 months" I say and she gasps
