Song: You & I -  MeloMance ✨

'When I'm thinking about you... out of the many people, you are the one. You became my everything and I know that now.'

I woke up feeling a fluffy blanket covering me cozily. With my eyes still closed, I took a deep inhale and recognized Jongdae's smell, a mix of his Dove body wash and the original scent off his milky skin. I'd love to stay in bed all day.

Flipping over, I snuggled into the person lying beside me. No doubt it was Jongdae and I moved in closer with that thought in mind.

My movement must've woke Jongdae up from his slumber because he started to reposition himself in bed. He hugged me closer so I could cuddle better into his chest.

"You're up?" His morning voice was unusually deep and hoarse, and sexy. I faced up to look at him and he looked down at the same time to meet my eyes.

"Morning, did you sleep well?" I asked in a raspy morning voice.

"Never better. Let's sleep a little bit more," he pulled me in and embraced me like a bolster.

"One more minute then," I offered and hugged him back.

"One more minute only?"

"Yes, I want to wash up. My mouth feels so dry from the soju yesterday," I mumbled with my eyes closed.

Fact check: I was not drunk yesterday, I remember everything very clearly.

"Hey, about yesterday..." He started slowly and I lifted my head to glance at him.

"What?" I asked warily.

"I had a really good time," he flashed a grin. Those words made my cheeks glow for the wrong reason, because I started to imagine things that we didn't do. I mentally ran through last night's events to be sure I didn't miss out anything.

I stumbled in my steps as we made our way to Jongdae's apartment after the drinks. We took a cab and left because Auntie was closing up her store, knowing that if I drank any further, I would really pass out. After alighting from the cab, Jongdae had to support me by my shoulders as we walked down the pavement to his apartment, side by side. If he let go, I would instantly collapse on the floor because I no longer had my sense of balance. This was my tipsy limit, but not to the point of drunk. I know it because I haven't blacked out yet. My only problem was the lack of reasoning for any impulsive or dumb actions, if any.

I lean my weight into him with the thought of snuggling into his warm chest, but that only gave him a hard time to steady me upright. He still had to drag my ass back home. "Gosh, Rosie! I remember telling you that you're not so light!"

I could tell that he was struggling with me, but I responded with a giggle and a poke into his soft baby cheeks. "Cutie," I said to him, conscious of the situation but in no reasonable control for my words and actions.

"Okay okay, we're here," I could hear Jongdae's breathing heavier than before. He was exhausted because of me, poor thing.

Before I knew it, we arrived at his door. He brought me straight into his bedroom and laid me down in bed, helping me to take off my coat, and then my shoes. "Go to sleep now, you little peanut!" He groaned to himself but I heard him clearly.

When he bent over to take off my socks for me, I pushed myself up from the bed and sat straight so that I could see his face closer. He pulled the last sock out before meeting my eyes, and I hooked my arms around his neck to bring his face even nearer to mine. Our lips were almost touching. We both smelled like Soju but I liked it anyway.
