Chapter 31: Land of Wano

Luffy widened his eyes to the scent he was looking at confusingly, especially when Kiku the young beautiful samurai began to sob then ran away quickly. Zoro had disappeared moments ago already, once even Luffy was defeated by his swordsman's sense of direction.

"Straw Hat! Over here!" Law yelled loudly from the other side. 

Luffy jumped off from his ride and walked to Law, looked around curiously.

"This place gives me the creeps." He commented after looking around, this place was nothing liked a castle but instead-

"Graves?" He frowned at the gravestones lining in front of him. Next his eye widened in shock to the words on the gravestones.

"Wha-what these?! Kanjuro! Kinemon! Momo! Raizou!" Luffy screamed in shock, dropped his jaws. They last met on the Zou and now they were all dead?!

"Why are their graves here?! Are they dead?! Come to think of that, I can't contact them and...!" Luffy turned to Law standing next to him, panicked.

He turned around and searching for the samurai nervously. "Where's Kinemon?! I thought he was waiting at here!" He cried.

"He's gone. He has been here for a while." Law shrugged and said. Luffy widened his eyes to Law who acted nothing happened. 

"Gone?!"

"But he may come out tonight. He did last night, so as many other nights." Law crossed his arms and closed his eyes, said. 

At the same time, the coldness surrounding this place was getting more serious and the surrounding became foggy. The atmosphere was sending chills to Luffy's bones.

"What do you mean?! Is he some kind of ghost?! Why the hell is his grave here?!" Luffy cried unbelievably and marched to Law, dragged the collar of his kimono tightly.

"Spill everything out now! Did something happen that you can't tell me?!" Luffy yelled furiously and glared at Law. The latter frowned and concealed his urge to slap away Luffy's hand difficultly.

"It's not something I can just tell you-"

"Are they really alive? Tell me!" Luffy repeated his question again, grip tightened each second.

"Luffy-dono! I'm so glad you are safe! Forgive for not coming to meet you..."

Luffy turned his head swiftly to the weak voice behind him, eyes widened and grinned to the samurai coming out from the little house behind them. However, Kinemon not just sounded weak but in fact his condition was terrible that even Luffy could see it by himself.

"I'm afraid I have come down with severe diarrhea..." Kinemon paled and walked to Luffy and Law slowly and carefully, afraid any sudden and strong movement might trigger his stomach again.

"Kinemon! So you are okay!" Luffy laughed brightly, then turned back to Law with pouting face.

 "See they are alive Tra-guy! Why you have to lie to me?"

"I never said they were dead." Law sighed and said calmly.

"I thought he would come out of the toilet in night only."

"Quite telling me ghost story then!" Luffy yelled furiously, all his concern was wasted meaninglessly by Law already!

Suddenly, a strange sound echoed in the quite night and startled everyone. Kinemon next was tackled down and hugged tightly that he was running out of oxygen.

"Kinemon-sama! I see you have returned! I wanted to see you so badly that I was trembling!!!"

Kinemon widened his eyes in shock to the young lady hanging on his tightly, smiling brightly. "Kiku?! Why are you with them?!"
