A recent new friend who has oddly made me happy and he completely shocked me with who he is. Evan, he's one of those "popular" and "pretty boys" who just graduated. He added me and at first I was hesitate to actually start a conversation. But I'm glad I did. I just thought he was going to be some rude guy.
It's easy to talk to him and there's been a lot to talk about. It feels good to talk to him about things because he's a new person who knows nothing about me. He told me, "I can be your little therapist". He knows about Carter and Evan asked some questions about us and it just made me smile. Talking to him is just relaxing because I don't have to rush through a topic and find a new one. He's been there for me literally for a few days but I can already tell he is someone to trust. He's happy that I have Carter, he's happy that things are getting better for me, all around he's a great guy.
It's pretty easy for me to make friends, literally only guys because they are easy to talk to and less dramatic and emotional. But sometimes I just choose to kind of go off the earth. But I'll let a few people into my life rarely now.
