HENRIK POV
__________"We're here." I said, glancing at my girlfriend, Lea, who was asleep in the passenger seat of my car as I began parking.
We had come to the premiere of Tarjei's newest movie, En Affære to congratulate him. Lea was holding a bouquet of pink roses that we had bought to give him, and needless to say- I was practically shaking with excitement and not only that, but nervousness since I hadn't seen him for almost a whole year.
I was just hoping he didn't change from the Tarjei I once knew.
Lea let out a small groan and opened her eyes. "Oh, good." She said groggily and sat up straighter. We left the car, walking up to the red carpet. There were tons of cameramen blocking my view from seeing anyone, causing me to become a little more eager to see a certain someone.
As my eyes were scanning the area, I felt my arm being gently grabbed by someone, causing me to turn around. My eyes landed on Tarjei, and my heart skipped a couple beats at his face. He looked great as always. I widened my eyes, flashing a bright smile.
"Hey, Henrik! I didn't realize you were coming!" He beamed and smiled as well as our eyes pierced into each other's.
"Of course I was! I wouldn't miss it for the world." I replied, opening my arms for him to give me a hug. Unfortunately, it was a very short hug, but still meaningful.
"Hey, Lea." He said and hugged her as well.
Lea grinned and handed him the flowers, "Congratulations, Tarjei! These are for you."
"Aw, thanks guys." He said and chuckled lightly.
Right when I was about to ask something, a woman walked up beside Henrik and glanced at me and my girlfriend.
I immediately recognized her as Tarjei's co-star, Andrea, who plays the teacher that he has an affair with in his movie.
"Andrea, this is Henrik, my former co-star from SKAM and his girlfriend." He said, motioning at us.
She leaned forward and put her hand out. Both of us shook hands with her and greeted each other with smiles.
"How nice that you two came." Andrea laughed a bit, "I've heard all about you, Henrik. Don't worry, all good things."
My eyes darted over to Tarjei who was blushing a bit and avoiding eye contact with anyone. Had he talked about me before or was she referring to something else?
"I hope so." I replied, running a hand through my hair.
A moment of silence passed of us four just standing there awkwardly, "Alright, well, it was lovely to meet you guys." Andrea said.
We nodded and said our goodbyes before she left. Now, it was just us three again and I was glad that short interaction was over.
"I'm going to use the restroom really quick. I'll let you two catch up." Lea murmured and was on her way off afterwards.
My eyes never left Tarjei, but for some reason, he was acting shy- timid.
Eventually, he did meet my gaze and spoke up. "I want to show you something." He said. I raised an eyebrow at him curiously, but before I could respond, he started walking off.
I was a bit confused, but didn't hesitate to follow him.
He led me to a small building and I was still unsure of what was going on, but decided not to ask. As we entered, he made his way to the back until we approached a door.
He opened the door and walked in with me trailing behind. I entered the room which just looked like a guest room and shut the door.
I turned around to face him to see him standing fairly close to me. Before I could begin to even do anything, he crashed his lips against my own and pressed me up to the door.
As unexpected as it was, it still felt natural and right. I hadn't felt this feeling in over a year, and getting it back was like finding something that had been missing for so long
His lips were soft just like I remembered, it felt like no time had gone by and nothing changed. Our lips moved in sync against each other, eagerness clear in each other's actions as my hands met his waist.
I felt his fingers tug on my hair, causing me to pull back in the slightest. "W-Wait." I mumbled.
His lips were red and swollen from our aggressive kissing, and he looked as if he was intoxicated from everything that just happened.
"What?" He breathed, slightly out of breath.
I gulped, "Lea isn't gonna be long. She'll be wondering where I am."
An expression of realization and a little disappointment hit his face. He let out a small sigh, "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have done that when you- you have a girlfriend."
I didn't know how to respond. Was it bad that I enjoyed it as much as I did? Was it bad that I didn't stop it when it happened? Was it bad that there were no cameras or scripts around yet we just made out?
"It's okay, don't apologize." I said quietly and cupped his cheek, caressing the soft flesh.
He leaned into my hand, still looking the tiniest bit dismayed. I felt bad for stopping, but I knew it was wrong.
After that, we resisted the incredibly strong urge to just forget about everything and instead, just stay here and enjoy each other's presence. It still gnawed at the back of my mind for the rest of the day, but I needed to ignore it if I wanted the rest of this day to go by smoothly.
Before I left, Tarjei and I exchanged a few glances and we said our goodbyes to each other, but that was it.
