THIRD PERSON POV
________________

isak lay in bed, pillow over his face as he desperately tried to drown out the loud music coming from the apartment above his. the beats pulsates through the floor, causing him to let out an annoyed groan at all the racket. his stupid neighbor had been having parties every friday night since he moved in, and isak was sick of it to say the least.

he jumped out of bed and headed to the kitchen, grabbing some pain killers for his throbbing headache that he got every time this happened.

the first few times weren't so bad. he didn't think it would drag out this long, but now it was beginning to just get ridiculously continuous and ongoing. they started late at night and lasted til early in the morning, causing isak's sleep schedule to get all messed up.

he was finally sick of it and decided to take action, even though he was quite exhausted. he had never spoke to his neighbor and didn't even know if it was a boy or girl, but he didn't care. this was disrespectful to everyone in the building- not just him.

his eyes caught a glance of the time, seeing that it was almost 3am and just acknowledged how insanely inconsiderate this was. he pulled some clothes on, since he only slept in boxers. grabbing his jacket off the hooks, he made his way out his apartment and began to head up the elevator to the second floor.

the music only grew louder, causing isak's head to pound ferociously even after he took those pills. in a few seconds, he was on the second floor and it wasn't hard to find the room that the music was blasting out of.

it was directly above his room- making him roll his eyes. no wonder i could hear it so clearly.

his fist hovered over the door, preparing to most likely anger someone for telling them off. he loudly knocked on the door, practically banging on it with his fist when figuring no one could hear him over the loud music.

the door swung open, revealing a tall, handsome and cheerful looking boy. he looked about isak's age, maybe a couple years older as he stood there leaning against the door with a sly smirk.

"can i help you?" he asked, his voice soft yet radiating with confidence and poise.

isak furrowed my eyebrows, giving him an 'are you serious?' look as he tried not to get distracted by the other guys good looks. "what do you mean 'can i help you'? it's 3am, i'm trying to sleep. keep it down in there." isak snapped, becoming slightly timid when the tall boy narrowed his eyes at him.

"you seem stressed. having a bad day?" he questioned, raising an eyebrow and clearly amused at isak's reaction.

"that's because i am stressed, and my day was perfectly fine until you started whatever it is you're doing in there."

the person standing in the door way sucked in a sharp breath through his teeth and sighed. "why don't you come in, have a beer or two and just relax?"

isak stood there bewildered, shooting him a glare and shaking his head in confusion. "relax?! i'm trying to relax right now but i can't since you're so inconsiderate of the rest of the people in this building! it wouldn't be so bad if it was just tonight, but it's been happening every friday and i'm sick of it. you're lucky i haven't complained yet, but i'm going to right now-"

"okay, okay!" he said, raising his hands in defeat. "i'm serious though. loosen up and have a beer." he nodded his head in the direction of the party as if being assuring and persistent about isak coming inside.

isak rolled his eyes, "i'm not drinking with you, idiot."

"i have a name, it's even-"

"i don't care what your name is." he blurted out, giving him an angry look. "now, i'm going to go back in my apartment and sleep. if i hear anymore music in the next five minutes, i'm reporting you."

"geez, okay, grumpy." even muttered under his breath as isak turned around to walk back to the elevator.

"i have a name. it's isak."
