It was a couple weeks later, the rumble was approaching fast. Jordan was walking down the street with Dally. She worried about her friend. It looked like she like, died. Maybe it's because she looked into her own eyes and turned to stone. She really needs to stop reading the ancient myths.

"I don't know what is wrong with 2014, but that girl is corrupted or somethin." Dally said, shaking his head.

"There's nothing wrong with 2014, Ava, Stina, and I feel fine. Maybe we are just seeing things." Jordan said defensively.

"Well, I don't see how you could possibly go back in time and not remember a thing. There's

something wrong."

"There is something wrong" Jordan agreed.

She didn't understand half of this either. If there was something wrong, something would be wrong with all of them. Jordan felt fine.

She needed to concentrate on what she was going to do here instead of how to get out right now. They probably won't be able to go back anyway.

She sat down on Dally's couch while he made something to eat.

"Do ya want somethin?" Dally asked from the kitchen.

"No I'm fine." Jordan replied.

"Alrighty then" Dally said

Jordan turned on the tv, curious what kind of shows they had on in the 60s. From what she found, nothing interesting.

Dally walked in with 2 bowls of Mac n' Cheese. He sat down next to Jordan and gave her one.

She gave him a look like "why?" But he just ate his food.

"I said I didn't want any." Jordan said.

"That's a shame" Dally said with a mouthful of food.

Jordan sighed and ate her Mac n' Cheese and didn't complain.

"Dally, why do you just let me live here?" Jordan asked.

"Well, it's a nice thing to do. Can't just let ya live on the streets. Darry can't take care of ya." He answered, attention on the tv.

"Are you sure? I don't think that's why. You would get sick of having me around."

"Jordan, I would never get sick of having you around" he said, putting his arm around her.

Jordan felt her face turn red. Her heart raced.

Oh my god, what should I do? She panicked. She didn't wanna ruin the moment. She admitted, she liked this boy, but it was all happening too soon, this boy was 4 years older than her.

As Dally watched the tv, Jordan started shaking nervously for some reason. He looked over at her

"Are you okay?"

"I.. Uh..... Yeah! I'm okay.." Jordan staggered.

"I'm sorry if I'm-" he sat closer to her, "makin you feel uncomfortable" with emphasis on the "uncomfortable"

She started sweating and wanted to scream and run to her friends to know what to do. She started to make noises which made Dally look over at her dumbfounded.

"I'm sorry.." He said.

"Oh believe me it's fine i just never loved someone like I've loved you and I don't know what to do so I" before she could stop herself, everything was said.

"Sheesh, little panther, I didn't know." Dally said quietly. "You know, Jordan, I like you too, but this just won't work out."

*PANTHER- Woman who likes older men*

"I know.." Jordan said

"Don't make things awkward" Dally mentioned. "I'm going to get some shut-eye" he said before walking back to his room.

Jordan sat dumbfounded and fell asleep not long after Dally.
