Chapter 11: No Where To Be Found

Ponyboy's POV

I never really enjoyed Buck's parties. Number one, there was Socs, and I didn't want to be around them. They give me anxiety. Who knows, they could just shove me outside and beat me up.

I played a few poker games with the gang, and talked with some people I knew from school and around the town. Other than that, I would sit around and think.

Bored out of my mind, I went around to find Maddy. She's probably the same way.

I checked with some of the guys to see if they saw her. They all said they didn't see the girls around recently.

Huh. That's weird.

I looked around everywhere, even upstairs.

I opened the door to a room upstairs, and I really shouldn't have, because there was Darry, and he was doing unmistakable things with the waitress from the Dingo..

I shut it quickly, hoping he didn't notice.

So that's what a vagina looks like..

I ran back downstairs, double checking everything. I even went outside, and no one was to be found.

Where are they?

Maddy's POV

It took me a while to regain consciousness, and when I did, I realized I was tied up in the back of a car.

There was a gag wrapped around my mouth to keep me from screaming. A rope tied together my arms and my legs, and I couldn't do anything to defend myself.

Stupid Socs. I knew I shouldn't have let my guard down. How could I have been so blind? They were going to capture me whenever I was out of the gang's sight. I don't even know where everyone else is. They each got taken somewhere else. What are the guys doing? Are they still at the party? Did they see us get attacked? Are they looking for us? Are they coming to rescue us?

I had so many questions that I wanted answered, and no one to answer them..

"Mmm!" I yelled through the gag.

"Shut up broad. No ones here to help you." An unfamiliar voice said from the front of the car.

I tried to reply, but I just couldn't. It would be better just to save my breath.

The car came to a halt and the Socs got out.

My door was yanked open, and I was pulled out and dragged into a house. It didn't look familiar.

They dragged my body down a rough set of stairs, and I kept cursing behind the gag.

I was dropped in the middle of a very cold room and left there.

A few minutes later, more people were brought down into the same room, and I knew it was my friends.

I met their eyes, full of fear and anguish.

I struggled through the ropes, ripping the gag with my teeth.

They aren't going to win.

Not this time.

Ponyboy's POV

I began to panic, and kept telling myself to calm down. They probably went home. But part of me sensed that something was up, and that something was really wrong.

It was getting late, so I went to tell the guys.

They looked as concerned as I was. Why would they all just disappear like nothing?

We had to wait until Darry was 'finished', and he came down the stairs with roughed up hair.

"Why is everyone standin around? Y'all ready to go home?" He asked.

"We don't know where the girls are. We want to check back home." I replied, looking around.

"Alright. We can go." Darry said as the waitress came down in lingerie.

He smirked at her, and she smirked right back.

We walked back to the house, which was surprisingly quiet, while the others went to their houses to check too.

I checked every room, the basement, and even in the backyard, but no one was to be found.

Is this some kind of joke they're trying to pull?

"Did you find anything?" I asked Soda, Darry

"Nope." Darry replied.

"Maybe they went to the movies." Soda mentioned.

"They wouldn't just go without telling us."

"That's true."

The door opened to an annoyed Susan, who we accidentally left at the party.

"You forgot to tell me you were leaving." She said.

"Sorry." I replied. "Did you see any of the girls?"

"No, why?"

"We can't find any of them, and it's odd."

The door was yanked open, and in came a group of males with frantic looks on their faces.

"What is it?"

"We can't find the girls!"

Sadly, that means this won't be updated as fast as usual. But the book is ending somewhat soon, so it won't be much of a problem.
