"Zion!" I heard my wife of 13 years yelling at me as I created music.

"What?" I asked paying more attention to the music blasting through the room. She told me something but I didn't hear what she said.

"CALEB!" She yelled.

"What?!" I turned around to look at her.

"You didn't hear what I told you, did you?" She asked clearly upset with me.

"I'm sorry babe, what were you saying before?" I sighed.

"Gab locked himself in his room and won't let me in. Can you please go talk to him?" She frowned.

"Sure." I said getting up from the chair I was singing in and went upstairs to my 10 year old sons room.

I knocked on the door and said, "Gab, can you please let me in?" I heard sniffing coming from within the room behind the door.

"Please, I wanna talk to you." I pleaded and then the door opened to reveal my tear stained son.

I entered the room and closed the door behind me. I walked over to Gab and say besides him.

"What's wrong buddy?" I asked him.

"The kids at school are making fun of me." He admitted.

"Oh buddy, just ignore them. What ever they're telling you, it's all just lies." I comforted him.

"But they're calling me stupid anf ugly!" He cried and I pulled him into a hug.

"You are not stupid or ugly son. You are you and if people have a problem with that then they can leave you alone. They're the idiots, you have to become a butterfly. They were throwing sticks and stones,
Words can never break your bones,
You can spread your wings and fly, wings and fly. I knew there always was nothing wrong with being
you." I told him.

"You're right dad, I love you so much!" He hugged me and I hugged him back.

"I love you too Gab." I smiled.
