Song: Shout About It
By: The Vamps

Daniel's POV

Today marks exactly the 1 year anniversary of my best friends passing. I honestly miss her every single day that floats by. I miss her laugh, smile, eyes, humor, and just her presence in general. We had been best friends since birth and people could never separate us. She evencame on tour with the guys and I. Her death impacted not only me, but our families and the guys, even the fans. She had a free soul and was loved by everyone, her humor was the best.

She died in a Carbon Monoxide leak inside her house. You can't tell of you have a Carbon Monoxide leak because it's colorless and odorless. He stupid landlord she was renting from didn't replace the Carbon Monoxide alarm detector in the house. At least she's in a better place now I guess.

Tonight we have a show in Portland, Oregon. The guys and I are going to dedicate a song for her tonight in memorization.

"So, I just wanna take a moment to say something." I spoke into my microphone as I looked out at the 20,800 people in front of me.

"So exactly one year ago today, my best friend, Julia, died in a Carbon Monoxide leak within her house. It was late at night and she sadly died in her sleep. So, um, I would like to sing one of her number one favorite song for you guys tonight to honor her. It's called 'Shout About It' by The Vamps, So without a further ado, here's Shout About It."

If you want words to put your mind at rest tonight,
Come and shout about it.
We can talk for a hundred miles and drive
Where you're less surrounded.
'Cause I can see that the candle you hold inside
Has a cloud around it.
How can a heart like yours be that high and dry
When it burns the brightest.

I'm so sorry I can't stop myself from staring at you,
When you're tired and blue, my dear.
It's just any reason I get to be closer to you,
I wanna shout about it,
Oh, I wanna shout about it.

Beneath the window and the water that's in your eyes
That's where I know you're hiding.
There's a smile that could light up a thousand lives
And you need reminding.
Tell me your fears, don't let 'em live a life alone
Let me share the burden.
'Cause here beside you there's a man you better know know know
Who you can confide in.

I'm so sorry I can't stop myself from staring at you,
When you're tired and blue, my dear.
It's just any reason I get to be closer to you,
I wanna shout about it,
Oh, I wanna shout about it.

I'm not saying, all I do
Will make everything you touch turn to gold
I'm just waiting to pull you through
I'll take a little off the load
Yeah, any reason I get to be close to you.

Wanna shout about it.

I'm so sorry I can't stop myself from staring at you
When you're tired and blue, my dear.
It's just any reason I get to be closer to you,
Ooh, I'm gonna shout about it,
No, I'm gonna shout about it,
No, I wanna shout the loudest.

"Rest in peace Julia. We all are missing you tons!" I lastly sad before we moved onto our next song which was Chills.
