The One That Can't be Missed

Chapter 20

"Well so far I've only had one,"

"Tell me," she says

I explain to her that I was being clawed by some kind of creature and how I herd her voice. She starts to think.

"When I thought you had a scary dream I thought it was going to be something simple like you got stabbed in the back or something,"

" What does it mean?" I ask

"I'm not sure yet, but I'll do some more research on it," she leaves through my window.

And I fall back asleep. Tired and cozy I drift off. I wake up to find my mom in my room.

"Mom?"

"Hello dear, how was your night sleep,"

"Good, everything feels a lot better when your here,"

"That's good to know. Listen I made eggs and Bacon so go down stairs and eat up,"

I walk slowly towards the dinning room table. I eat my breakfast and get a text from Anzhelika saying happy Halloween.

I text her back saying the exact same thing. I'd figure I would want to do something with Antonio so I texted him.

"You can't go out on Halloween,"

I turn around and see Vanessa.

"Ugh what do you want?" I ask her.I'm seriously getting annoyed of her just popping in everywhere.

"You can't go out on Halloween, not when your at your strongest,"

"I am going out or I'm hanging out with my boyfriend you can't tell me what to do,"

"Listen I'm looking out for you, I have been doing this for awhile and you haven't," she says

"Listen Vanessa I AM going to have Antonio here weather you like it or not,"

" It won't be safe for either of you,"

"I can control myself and my powers won't hurt him," I say.

I hear my dad coming. I look at Vanessa and she poffes into thin air. I quickly finish my breakfast and go to the store to pick up some candy. I get a text from Antonio saying he could come over. I was so happy. I picked up big bags of good candy and went home to put them in a bowl.
