Chapter 39

"Y/N. Wake up", you hear a voice, which sounds like it's coming for kilometres away.

"Wake the fuck up now", the voice says again and now it comes closer.

You start seeing some light through your eyelids and feel some pressure on your cheek. You start blinking your eyes and see a familiar face above yours.

"Finally", Roman says. He is half up on you. His hand is on your cheek and his warm naked body is touching yours.

You stare at him with your tired eyes and smile. He puts his hand through his hair and leans down to kiss you. His soft lips feel perfect against yours.  But then he leans back.

"We must go to see Peter", he says and swings his long legs over the edge of the bed.

"We? Why do I have to come?", you ask lazily and yawn.

Roman who is sitting on the edge, turns to you and stares at you grin on his face.

You raise your eyebrows questionally.

"If I will be needing someone to fill my needs", Roman whispers and gets up, starting to grab his clothes from the floor.

"Am I with you just because of that?", you ask fake hurt.

"No. I love to fill your needs too", he says and walks into the bathroom to shower.

You chuckle and follow him there.

After the shower, you put some clothes on. You are too lazy to put any makeup on, or dry your hair, so you just let it be.

You walk to the living room and turn on the TV. What you see is terrible. Another girl was killed last night. They don't know who is it, the head is missing from the body.

"Shit", you sigh.

You feel someone sliding his arms around your waist and putting his chin on your shoulder.

"Roman", you say quietly.

He obviously hasn't looked at the screen. If he would have, he would be different.

"Mhm", he mumbles.

"Look at the screen", you tell him.

You feel his chin raising from your shoulder. You feel him getting tensed. He takes his arms away.

"Fuck", he says and grabs his jacket from the couch.

He nods his head towards the door and you follow him out.

"We need to check Letha and then go to Peter", you say and catch him up.

You and Roman get up from his car and walk to the church, where Peter has been sleeping through the night.

He is still sleeping on the bathtub. Roman walks to him and hits his leg.

Peter groans and slowly opens his eyes smirking.

"I thought I ordered a redhead", he says still smirking.

But you and Roman aren't smiling.

"There was another one", Roman says staring deeply on Peter's soul.

Peter doesn't smile anymore, he is just looking confused.

"Another girl killed", you tell him.

"Who?", he asks sitting up quickly.

You just shake your head and say:

"She didn't have head, so they don't know yet"

Peter seems shocked, he is already starting to ask something.
