Tahimik naman ang pagkaing ginawa namin, though Zaph and Cavin is acting too weird. They are too sweet towards each other. It's like they are enjoying the view of us being a bit uncomfortable because of their PDA thingy.
Hindi nalang ako nagreklamo. Tahimik kong pinagmamasdan sila Xera at Nicco na nasa harap ko rin. Compare to Cavin and Zaph's moves, they are more considerate and descent in PDA way.
Remind me why am I even here?
I should know I will feel out of place because, hey! This indeed a double date and I am just a third- no, a fifth wheeler.
Nagpatuloy ako sa pagkain ng tumunog ang phone ko. It was a text from Mr. Luxvart. My cousins didn't intrude nor show any care of what is the message I received all about. I checked and read what is it contains.
Mr. Luxvart:
Where are you?
Kunot ang noong inintindi ko ang mensahe.
He saw me. He texted me right now. His curious where am I. Now, is he doubting my identity?
Mr. Luxvart:
Are you here? I think I saw you.
Mr. Luxvart:
But I'm confused.
Mr. Luxvart:
You knew the Lavista cousins? Niccollious and Calvious?
He flooded me text messages. And here I am didn't know what to reply. One wrong word and a big probability of being caught by this man may happen.
Bumuntong hininga ako at inignora ang lahat ng natanggap na text messages. I seriously doesn't know what to say about the topic he picked to talk about. Or maybe I just don't want the topic itself.
"Mind telling us who's that one texting you, couz?" si Cavin ng mapaangat ako ng tingin. Hindi agad ako nakasagot. Here I thought his busy flirting and expressing his love to my friend, his great love, Zaph.
Anong isasagot ko? I know my cousins very well, if I won't be having a choice and I'll be mentioning a surname specially if it is a part of business world, then definitely they would know whom I'm talking about.
Another thing, Nicco and Cavin already did their investigation about Mr. Luxvart. How I wish I don't have a cousins that would meddle my life and will be the first one whom would push me to someone so I can have the thing called relationship.
"Boyfriend? Sino yan? Kilala ba namin?" See? they are now starting to interrogate me.
"It's nothing." sagot ko.
Umiling-iling si Cavin matapos hindi ma-satisfy sa sagot na ibinigay ko.
"Very scripted. Be honest Rian. Honesty is the best policy."
"Really, may I remind you that you love telling lies Mr. Calvious Lavista?" napangisi ako ng marinig ang pagsabat ni Zaph. Such a life saver.
Timikhim ako at bumaling sa kanila Nicco. His just there resting his back on the backrest of the chair and his arms are in Xera's shoulder. Yuck.
"Zaph, I love you. Stop it." saad ni Cavin.
Humalakhak naman si Nicco bago bumanat ng salitang ipangiinsulto sa pinsan namin. "Let her say what she wanted to say Cav. She's just being honest you're an asshole."
Ako naman ang hulakhak ng si Nicco naman ang napag-initan ni Xera. "Nicco, shut your mouth. We both know that you're an asshole too."
Tawang-tawa, hindi ko mapigilang ibuhos ang halakhak ko. These are my cousins with my girl friends. They can easily divert my serious and problematic mood to humourous one. Indeed a legends.
