"Avengers, final day of the yearly examination. Report to training room in suits." I rolled my eyes at the announcement. Are you kidding me? I've barely had anything to eat in the past three days and now I have to put up with this? I quickly slipped into my suit and jogged to the training room, standing in between Thor and Loki. There were three agents standing being Agent Hill."Alright so, you guys will be fighting in pairs. Tony with Steve, Clint with Natasha, and Y/n with Thor." Tony and Steve went to a corner of the mat and started to spar with each other, just like when they fought against each other, except they didn't intend to hurt the other now. Clint and Natasha went over to another corner of the mat and started to fight as well. Loki just stood there not knowing what to do since he didn't have a partner. I shrugged at him and went into the middle with Thor.
"Lady Y/n, I truly do not wish-" Thor tried to say but I punched him in the gut, not hard but enough to stop him. I smirked at him as he looked shocked, but soon a playful expression plastered his face. Every punch I gave, Thor would block, and the other way around. I could feel eyes on me but I ignored them. I searched for a weakness point on him but there wasn't really one. Anywhere I could hit, he would block. I finally was able to hit him in the jaw, causing him to stumble backwards while holding his face.
"Sorry, Thor." He chuckled.
"I'm impressed, lady Y/n." I blushed a bit and thanked him.
"Agent Y/L/N, since you've done well, train with Loki as well." Agent Hill said.
"But, why?" I questioned.
"Because you're strong. Now go." She shooed me in his direction. I faced him and he smirked.
"I don't think you seem to recall the last time we sparred." I told Loki as a mischievous smirk spread across my face. He playfully rolled his eyes and got into position. I got into position as well and started to try to punch but he kept blocking and trying to punch me. It was like fighting Thor but so much faster. It probably looked like a blur to everyone else but each punch and block I was analyzing. I tried to punch him in the lower gut but he also blocked. I then attempted to punch him in the middle of his stomach, Loki also blocking. I aimed for his chest, Loki blocking me yet again. I guess he must have been distracted and planned for me aiming for his chin but I got him square in the nose. He lifted his head up and took some steps backwards. My eyes widened as I beat him but also hurt him.
"Loki! Are you okay?" I rushed over to him and tilted his head down so I could see his face better. He took his hand away from his nose and blood slowly started to drip out of his nose. He got his hand and put it back up to his nose.
"Oh shit, let's go." I took Loki's other arm and dragged him out of the training room and into the infirmary. I dragged him over to a table and left him to look through a supply cabinet. I found some tissues and cotton balls to clean up the rest of the blood. I turned to Loki and he was sitting on the table, with his hand away from his nose, staring at the blood. Oh my lord he's an idiot.
"Loki!" I rushed over to him and quickly grabbed a tissue and put it to his nose.
"What? I was just looking."
"The blood was dripping, you moron." Loki rolled his eyes and grabbed the tissue from my hand so he could hold it. I went to the sink with a couple of cotton balls and wet them, going back to Loki, I grabbed more tissues to replace the one he had. I took one of the horns on his helmet and took it off easily to get to his face better. I moved the tissue from his hand and cleaned around his nose for excess blood, then placing a new tissue on his nose. I was so concentrated that I didn't notice Loki staring at me the whole time until I noticed his eyes.
"What? Is there something on my face?" I asked him and he shook his head slightly.
"Thank you for caring for me, Y/n." Loki let out a little genuine smile, causing me to blush slightly.
"You're welcome, Loki." I gave him a little smile as well, trying to stay calm. I removed the tissue and finally saw that the blood had stopped. I cleaned up his nose again and threw away everything.
"I'm really sorry for hitting you so hard." I truly felt horrible about it.
"It's no worries, Y/n. You are, after all, a great fighter." I blushed again and nodded slightly, looking down to try to hide my blush. Loki got off of the table and stopped in front of me. He took his hand and put it under my chin, causing me to look up at him. I noticed he had some blush on his cheeks too as he started to slowly lean in.
"Y/L/N, Loki. If you are done, return to the training room." We both heard someone say from the hallway while walking in. We pulled away immediately and I pretended to check the bridge of his nose for any damage. Thankfully they didn't see us, we turned to them and nodded. The agent walked off, I let out a sigh of relief but all I could think about was kissing Loki again.
"Shall we go, dear?" I nodded a bit and started walking out of the training room with Loki by my side. He placed his hand at the bottom of my back, but a bit too low, causing me to blush even more.
(Important Note: Hello! I am so sorry to have been away for about a week, I have been busy with back to school things. I also haven't been in the best state of mind, and I didn't want it to affect my writing. I'll try to have a schedule from now on! Have a great day/night! <3)
