It's been several years since then... And once again I would love to say everything was perfect. I could say all the happy things that have happened. Roman and Virgil got married. Logan and Emile did this father-son bonding thing that resulted in part of the imagination getting completely overrun with wild and hyperactive rabbits. They didn't care. They had fun. Yes... even Logan. I could say all the happy things but what's the point? It doesn't change what happened. It doesn't take the bad things away.

Like the fact that Remus is dead. I won't go into details... No. I can't go into detail. The pain of what happened is to great. The point is Remus is dead. He died and left Deceit all alone to fall into that pit of broken-hearted depression. He died and Roman literally went insane, both over his loss and guilt over not being able to protect him, as well as having to take over Remus's job on top of his own. He died... and Virgil locked himself away unable to handle the grief of losing not only Remus but Roman and Deceit too. Patton lost himself in his attempt to help the others and guilt over not being able to make everything right again, and Logan threw himself into research trying to find a way to fix everything...

Oh and Thomas killed a man.

"Ok, you were doing good until that last part." Remy laughed as Deceit smirked a bit.

"Yeah, Dee... Why you always lyin'?" Remus popped up from behind the could jumping over it only to land beside his husband with a smile. "And you didn't even bother bringing up our wedding."

"Should I have... the point of that was to make people sad. If I brought to much detail in it..."

"Yeah, but you said Thomas killed a man... Thomas Sanders? Really?" Deceit just laughed as Remy brushed his hair back.

"Well, it wasn't too far fetched. Think about it. If Roman went crazy, unable to handle Remus's job, then his intrusive thoughts would have no one to reign them in properly. Without Virgil and Patton who were both lost in grief and guilt to keep Thomas in check, or Logan who was to lost in his work... Thomas would have a higher chance of acting out on said thoughts." Deceit laughed again as he shook his head. "To be totally honest though, I only said that to make you laugh. Like Thomas would ever actually kill a person..."

"Well, the way you just made it sound... He very well could." Remy responded with a snort. "Just make sure your husbands here to do the job... He's the only one strong enough to."

"You know I thought that was an insult but at the same time... Thank you." Remus grinned as Deceit pulled him in a bit. "How did I get you as a nephew?"

"Don't get sappy, Ratman... Leave that for my moron of a princely father. Besides, we all know the one kid you devoted ALL your time to." Remus just laughed as he shrugged.

"Yeah, that kid was SUPER annoying to."

"HEY!" Deceit hissed as his husband just kept laughing. He still doesn't remember much but still...

"Annoyingly adorable..." Deceit lightly punched Remus's arm as Remy made fake gagging noises. "What? It's true." Remus quickly closed the distance kissing Deceit softly until the sound of someone clearing their throats caught there attention. Remus pulled away to see everyone standing there but by the giddy look in Roman's eyes, he was the one Remus focused one. "Nice timing bro. Maybe I should do the same to you... you know... late at night when Virgil's music is just a tad to loud." Roman eyes went wide and Virgil choked on nothing. "I'm messing. What do you want?"

"Uh, well... um..." Roman was trying to collect himself as he tried to form his thoughts into words. "Well, you know how it's been 3 years since the whole curse thing happened?"

"And well, you did so much. You fought so hard to not even prove to us you can care for others you... You did everything you could to make everyone happy." Deceit smiled hearing Patton speak so softly about his love.

"Not only that but you went out of your way to give Thomas a new character idea, that resulted in the creation of Emile." Logan chimed in only making Remus burst out in laughter.

"Oh, silly nerdy wolverine. I only did that because you wanted a son so badly." Everyone was taken aback slightly as Remus smiled. "You would have had to Roman anyway or else it wouldn't work and so I thought If I helped work out the smaller details then maybe you would get your son sooner. AND IT WORKED!" Logan just smiled glancing back as his husband before nodding.

"It did, and I can't thank you enough." Logan whispered as he held Patton's hand. Roman sighed as he took a small step forward drawing his brothers attention to him.

"The thing is Bro... Everyone deserves to have their biggest wish come true." Remus's eyes went wide as Deceit looked over in confusion. "Especially those who worked so hard to help anothers to."

"But... But that's not... It's not possible." Tears started to well up in the man's eyes making Deceit start to get worried but Roman only smiled softly at his brother.

"You did it with Emile." Logan called over as the tears finally started to spill.

"And Roman did it with Remy." Virgil chimed in as Remus just shook his head.

"B-But w-what about what you've all said. I-I'm not stable enough. I-I would only end up..." Deceit was very worried now. He didn't know what Remus's greatest wish was but he was scared Remus would end up snapping. He went to say something but Patton cut him off before he could.

"Remus, you have already proven that we were all wrong." Remus was stunned in silence, tears streaked down his face. Roman slowly smiled wider as he shrugged with a laugh.

"Beside's it too late anyway." The two dark sides tensed up in confusion as Roman giggled. They all shared a look before slowly moving aside to reveal a very small little boy dressed in orange.

"Who..." Remus started as the little boy looked around before resting his eyes on the two dark sides before him. He couldn't have even been 5 yet.

"Say hello..." Roman nudged the little boy further a bit with a soft smile. "...to your son."

"Our wha..." Remus literally dropped to his knees catching Deceit by surprise.

"Hello there, little one." Remus spoke so softly,  it was hard to hear. The little boy did however, and the smile he had from just hearing it.

"H-hi... d-daddy."
