Roman crossed his arms and groanes for the fifth time.

"What?!" Virgil asks angrily, Roman had insisted on going over to Patton's house with Virgil.

Roman merely groaned in response, Virgil flipped him the bird.

"Virgil..." Roman said in a strange voice, Virgil sighed, clearly annoyed "What?"

"I think I fucked up. Bad." The prince put his hands in his face in shame

"How?"

"I forgot it was me and Emilie's anniversary...and I told him I thought anniversaries weren't a big deal."

Virgil seemed taken aback "I- don't think you fucked up..."

"Really?!"

"I know you fucked up."

"Shit!"

Emilies shoulder tingled from where him and Remy were touching, it blazed with a warmth he couldn't understand. His face was flushed and he seemed to only now notice How stunning Remy was.

He shook himself out of it and turned back to his cartoons, letting Remy to continue to sleep. His thoughts weren't about the troubles of Steven and lapis, but rather about how he wanted to see Remy's eyes, how he wanted to hear his heartbeat and feel that tingly feeling, that nice comforting feeling, all the time.

'This is wrong.' He thought to himself, feeling ashamed, he texted Roman.

Emilie didn't like the boring conversations, the kissing, everything, he liked Roman but he didn't want to date him. He felt horrible.

Remy made everything better though.

Patton was starting to really enjoy math, especially with Logan there. He loved having Logan there alone, because the teacher opened up and even smiled.

Patton couldn't be happier just scribbling away. He hoped that life could continue like this forever.

Two days later-

Patton frowned down at his test. Trying his best to wrap his head around the test. Tears prickled his eyes. He had no idea what he was doing.

Virgil had been avoiding Deceit at all costs, too scared to actually look at him and face his boyfriend. Roman and Emilie had been a big help, standing in front of him.

However, Deceit was waiting for him outside of the theatre, and he had no idea how to get out since that was the one exit.

He was just thankful Roman was there...to have warned him. Not anything else of course.

He stared at Roman with pleading eyes, the prince sighed

"i've got a plan, listen closely."
