10am the next day, after explaining everything to Murphy, fighting back tears as she only blamed herself for his reaction.
Murphy insisted on calling Lexa to Clarke's place to watch the kids then practically forcing Clarke into the car and driving over to Bellamy's family's house. He was enraged, furious at how he could just walk out on her like that.

Storming up to the door, Clarke's hand in his as she tried to be brave. Kane greeted them, a worried look on his face.
"I take it you told him.." Kane cooed through the door.

"He didn't let her finish." Murphy exclaimed, Kane rolling his eyes as they let the two in.

Murphy stormed down the hall, Clarke in had as Octavia peered from her room.
"You guys okay?" She tried, the look of fear on Clarke's face painted the obvious picture..
"Oh.." she huffed, Murphy Banging on Bellamy's door then storming in, seeing him laying on his bed, headphones in and an empty bottle of whisky beside him.

"Hey." Murphy shouted, throwing a book at Bellamy, waking him from his trance. He was shocked. Sitting up, an almost look of fear on his face. "You two need to talk."

"No." Bellamy started.

"Yes, you do."

"No." He exclaimed, standing up and dropping the book and his phone to the floor.

"You're going to talk to her about this, you're torturing her." He exclaimed, pure range burning through his skin.

"I don't take orders from you." Bellamy groaned, his face unchanging

"Please.." Clarke cooed, "just., five minutes.."
Bellamy started at her, a numb expression plastered across his face as the thought for a few moments.

"Fine." He sighed. "Murphy, get the fuck out."

Murphy left the room as a tear rolled down Clarke's cheek, Bellamy's eyes wide as he stared off into the distance. Attempting to process the information he was now forced to face, but it seemed too much, too overwhelming.
"I- I'm not ready for this.." He mustered, his eyes meeting Clarke's as he realised admitting his feelings for her wouldn't be the 'truth bomb' that ended things too early.
"Clarke, I.. You're just a kid, you're in school still, what are you gonna do." She shook her head, unknowing to what the future held for her given her situation.
"I'm.. I'm leaving in a month.." He stammered. "..my dad already got me a job overseas." He shook his head. "I can't, I can't have a kid. Not now."

"Bell.." Clarke croaked, wiping the tear from her face.

"No, Clarke. I love you. But, but I can't do this." He shook his head, "Not now.." stepping away from the love of his life. In his mind like hers, things had already ended between them. He wasn't thinking straight, he was scared even. He didn't want to abandon her in this time, the time she needed him the most but he had to.

Tears rolled down Clarke's face as she turned and stepped back into the hallway where Murphy was patiently waiting. He stood up at the sight of her, she shook her head lightly which seemed to cue Murphy to come and hug her.
He pulled her into his chest, sighing as she sobbed.
"What am I gonna do?" She said to her friend. He shook his head, wanting to find the words to comfort her but they seemed lost.

"I don't know" he sighed, hearing the door creaking back open. The two secretly hoped it was Bellamy, but much to their surprise it was his little sister.
Octavia stood in the door, eyes wide as she stared at Clarke.

"I.. I heard everything" she muttered.

"There's a lot of that going around." Murphy sighed, pulling away from Clarke as he sat on Bellamy's bed, pressing his hands to his lips as he tried to find the right words to talk some sense into Bellamy, but, it was his decision to make.
Octavia pulled Clarke into a hug, sighing as she apologised for her brother.

"Whatever you need.. I'm here, okay."
Clarke nodded, smiling as she looked from Octavia to Murphy.

"I.. I think I want to go home now.."

"Do you want me to drive you?"
Clarke nodded slight. Octavia quickly volunteering to come with.
