And time stood still,
For a moment, a second.
And the world glistened in its beauty,
As the raindrops shimmered,
Fractals of light, diamonds in flight.
A world of possibility,
Anything I could do,
But move, for time was still.
And all I could do was watch,
Immobile, unmoving,
As i plunged into the abyss,
Onto the gravel below.
