Seokjin's Pov:

"Is everything okay?" Taehyung asks me as he joins me on the balcony of his home.

"I'm fine. I just don't understand why we have to host dinner here tonight." I looked down at the garden and suddenly wishing I could sit there and read a book, or maybe even be one of the flowers.

"Jin, I told you, it's a tradition between Jungkook, Yoongi, and I. Every third Friday I have to host dinner at my place. Jungkook and Jimin hosted dinner at his house last Friday, and Yoongi and Hoseok did the Friday before, now it's our time to do so. You won't have to worry about much I called the chef that used to prepare meals for me before you moved in and he will handle the preparations of tonight's dinner." Taehyung said and pulled me into his arms and turned me to face him, "I am sorry for not telling you we had to host dinner sooner, I forgot since I had taken a break from it until Hoseok asked about it yesterday."

"So, are you saying we have to do this every third Friday and dinner the past two Fridays at their house is a monthly thing? and if you don't mind me asking what happens on the fourth Friday?"

"Not have to, but I would like it if we did it, and the fourth Friday we can spend alone or most times we go out as a group." I pulled out of his arms and turned to face the garden again, giving him my back. I was a bit annoyed. Having dinner with the Jeon's and the Min's wasn't something I had enjoyed. I felt like an outcast who didn't belong, and Jimin and Hoseok sure made me feel like it.

"What if there is a Friday when I don't feel like hosting dinner here?"

"Then we will talk about it when it gets to that Friday, right now let's deal with today. All you have to worry about is getting dressed. The chef and waitresses will take care of everything." He said, pulling me back into his arms and resting his chin on my shoulder.

"Taehyung, I don't want a chef making our dinner. There was a reason why you fired them. I am your husband, and it's my duty to prepare your meals, not some chef. I don't like it."

"Would it make you happy if you prepared the meal then?"

"It would be my preference. It's not like I am cooking for twenty people, it's only six of us and why would we even need waitresses. I hated the way Jimin and Hoseok made dinner at their house. It felt more like an event rather than a friendly get together."

"My friends are very lavish as you can see, everything is grand for them, nothing is simple. When they do something, they go all out. It's the way we were raised. You not wanting a chef in our home is not the norm. I doubt Jimin and Hoseok cook at home."

"Right, similar to how marrying someone like me is not the norm for your kind," I stated while rolling my eyes.

Taehyung spun me around to face him, anger evident in his eyes, "Do you regret marrying me that much?" he questions as he shakes my shoulder.

"No," I whispered. "I just miss the life I once had in Busan."

I know he hated when I said things like this, but it was the truth. Honestly, had I known that when I met Kim Taehyung back in Busan that he was from an Elite background, I would not have married him. I won't ever tell him that, but I think he knows it hence why he is now angry with me.

"Jin, your life is no longer in Busan, but here with me in Seoul. I know things are a bit different than what you are used, but I want us to make this work."

"A lot different," I added

"I will cancel the chef, you can prepare dinner if that's what will make you happy. I have to go to the office, we can talk about this later. Jimin likes only organic and gluten-free food. Jungkook said now that he's pregnant he is more sensitive to smell, so seafood might be off the menu. I really think having a chef preparing the meal would be a lot easier, you know." Taehyung said as he walked into the bedroom, we shared, I followed behind him with a frown.

"I think canceling tonight's dinner would make a lot more sense. I don't feel like being the source of entertainment for anyone. Today I was supposed to go meet with a friend of mine who works at a high school here in Seoul and could possibly help me with getting a job."

"We are not canceling tonight's dinner, I know this is a lot for you, but I don't want to break the tradition any more than I already have. You are not the source of entertainment, don't think of it like that. What friend is that? and a job?" Taehyung ran his hand over his face and let out a heavy sigh.

"Jin let me make things clear here, you are no longer a single guy living in Busan, but you are Kim Seokjin, husband of Kim Taehyung owner of Kim's Hotel Chain a job is what you are not going to do." I could tell he was trying his best to keep calm. I regularly tested his patience, it kind of how we met.

I took in a deep breath and responded with a comment that I knew was going to make him upset "So, basically I am Kim Seokjin, Trophy husband of Kim Taehyung?"
