Seokjin's Pov:
Our drive to my parents was long and quiet. Taehyung didn't talk much while driving, which was unusual. He only stopped for me to get something to eat twice, but he didn't eat anything. When I asked, he said that he didn't have an appetite.
I almost thought he might have heard my conversation with Namjoon earlier, but knowing Taehyung, he would not have kept it hidden if he did, and he sure as hell wouldn't be driving me to Busan.
After I had hung the phone up on Namjoon, he texted me and told me if I didn't open up to Taehyung about what was going on, he would consider bringing Iseul to Korea. I don't think he would do it, but Namjoon was never the type of person to make empty threats. He liked Taehyung, and I can't say I blame him.
I wanted to tell Taehyung about Iseul before our marriage, and I was going to, but after finding out, he knew Jungkook I couldn't do it. I wanted to back out of our wedding right at that very moment, but he wouldn't let me. He thought I was having doubts because of who he was, but to be honest, I wasn't. My doubts and worries were somewhere else.
"We are here," Taehying announced as we pulled up to my parent's home. I leaned over to give him a kiss on his lips to tell him, thank you, but he turned away from me, causing me to kiss him on the cheek instead.
"Are you upset with about something?"
He looked at me and smiled, "No. Let's go inside. I am sure your parents are waiting."
"Okay. I will grab my bag." Something is off with him.
He placed his hand over mine and stopped me, "Don't, we are staying at one of our hotels. Let the bags stay."
I looked at him and frowned, "My parents will be disappointed that we are not staying here."
"They will be fine. I am sure they will understand that we are still in our honeymoon phase. Plus something tells me after today they will be okay with us not staying here. Now, Let's go." He said before getting out of the car and walking over to my side to open the door for me. I looked up at him puzzled by his statement, but decided not to say anything.

"Thank you so much, Taehyung, for bringing our Seokjin by. Feels like we haven't seen him in forever." my mom said with the biggest smile on her face.
She and my dad were so happy to see us that they prepared a big dinner for Taehyung and me.
"You are welcome, Mrs. Kim. Sorry that I have kept him away for so long. I promise to bring him around more often, but you and Mr. Kim should visit us sometime. I can even send one out private jet for you both, so you don't have to bother with the drive."
"Oh, no son. Mr. Kim hates flying. It's one of the reasons why we never to get to visit our Namjoonie. We feel bad because he always has to fly here to see us."
Taehyung folds his arms and leaned back in the chair and look from me to my parents. I don't know if I was being paranoid, but it seemed as though he had something on his mind.
"Interesting, I never knew this. Forget the private jet then, I will send a driver for you guys instead, that way you won't have to trouble yourself with driving."
My mother looked at Taehyung with a big smile on her face. I knew that smile very well; it meant she was proud and happy with my choice. She liked him and had made that very clear to me from the very moment I introduced him to her and dad.
"Son, don't trouble yourself with us getting to Seoul to see your guys. I can drive there. What I want to know is when do you both plan on giving us a grandbaby? I am not getting any younger Jin, and you are our only hope for a grandchild right now. Namjoon won't even settle down, so we can't even count on him. Lord knows what that boy is in the U.S. doing." Of course, my dad would have to bring this up. He was similar to Tae in that way, thinking I didn't need to wait to have kids. I wish I could tell him he already had one.
"Dad, Tae and -"
"So, I am assuming that you guys don't know about Iseul, either?" As the words left Taehyung mouth, I felt like I couldn't breathe. My chest felt tight, and it seems as though everything was caving in around me.
"Who is Iseul?" My mother asked, sounding confused.
"Jin, why don't you tell your mother and dad who Iseul is, or should I?" Taehyung said as he looked over at me with a blank look on his face. I couldn't answer him. I wish that the floor would open up and swallow me.
"Jin, who is Iseul?" I heard my father ask, but I couldn't raise my head to look at any of them.
"Kim Iseul is five years old and Jin's daughter. She is currently living in the U.S. with your son Kim Namjoon. Kind of the main reason why your eldest chose to practice medicine in the U.S. It wasn't really for a better opportunity, but more so to save the life of his niece and to cover up his wrongdoing here in Busan."
My mother looked as though she was about to faint as she gripped onto the table, "Jin, this isn't true, right? You aborted that baby, didn't you?"
"No, he didn't, and that's the reason why we planned this trip too. Jin has been feeling very regretful about not telling you about Iseul, and he's been stressed a lot lately, especially knowing the burden he has placed on his brother all this time. He wanted to come clean to you guys about this, and I thought as his husband, I should be here as support for him." For the first time since he had spoken Iseul's name, I turned my head to look at him; he was so composed as he spoke with little to no emotion showing.
