chapter 1

I'm sitting in the end of the bus, I'm still wondering what my older brother would be doing in this messed up city. Monsters and destruction are everywhere, it makes me worry about him.

My name is yukino,(your characters name) I just left from China for vacation here in Japan. My brother saitama told me to visit sometimes, and luckily this month we have break. So now I get to visit my boring but kind brother.

"Uhmm miss, this is as far as I can go" the bus driver told me while sweating. I was confused at first but there was nothing I could do but leave the bus.

"Uhmm miss, please do be careful, there are plenty of monsters lingering in the area" the bus driver gave me an advice before leaving.

My face darkened, 'why the heck Is my brother living in this dangerous place?' I sighed and walked to the address of my brother's apartment.

As I was walking I could hear some footsteps behind, its like someone's following me... I'm starting to be scared.

"Hey miss" a monotonic  voice called out for me, I just stood frozen in my place. I slowly turned my head around, I saw a guy wearing a jacket. I could tell his not a human being, his eyes were black while his pupils are golden yellow.

"Uh...uhmm..what..is. It?" I trembled, I hate it when I'm like this. I can't stop shaking, its like my whole body is paralyzed I can't even walk nor move.

"Are you lost?" He asked while slowly tilting his head, as if he's scanning my whole face. My sweats started to drop like crazy, the guy even looks at me weirdly.

"Uh, actually I'm looking for my brother's apartment, he told me it was in this city" I spoke without stuttering finally, he walks slowly towards me, I backed up a little bit.

"Genos, what's the hold up?" Suddenly a familiar voice called the guy infront of me, I peeked a little to see the man I was looking for.

"Onii-chan?" I blurted out, the genos guy looked at me with a hint of confusion.

"Onii-chan? You mean saitama sensei?" Genos looked at me with curiosity, his eyes are so mesmerizing. I nodded a little bit .

"Saitama sensei she's your sister right?" Genos looked back to my brother's direction, my older brother just scratched the back of his neck.

"Genos this is yukino my younger sister, yukino this is genos my so-called disciple." My Brother introduced us to each other, genos nodded to me, and I did the same as well.

"Let's go home before it gets dark" my brother walked infront of us, I just followed behind them. I looked around as we walk in the city.

'Man this place is creepy'

"Uh.. Onii-chan, is this really the place you lived? Its kinda scary" I asked as I anxiously looked around, genos seemed to notice my constant head turning.

"Its fine yukino, there's no monsters around, I've eliminated them all." Genos calmly tries to comfort me but it makes me more scared..what if the monsters wants revenge? They're gonna hurt themselves.

We finally arrived at my brother's apartment, it was small, some plates were lying on the ground. I bent down to pick up the plates but genos got them first.

"Uh, genos-kun let me wash it" I opened my hands as a gesture that I'm trying to get the plates but Genos insisted on not letting me wash.

"You must be tired, just make yourself comfy" he told me as he walks pass by me unto the little sink.

I sat beside my brother who is currently reading a manga, he stops reading and faced me, he had this idiotic expression on his face which is already common to my sight.

"So how's China?" My brother asked, I just smiled at him.

"Well china's really a great place  brother, the people are surprisingly friendly. And the foods good there too" my brother just smiled as I continued rambling on, I missed my brother so much, he was the only one who protected me when I'm harmed.

"Nursing is fine right?" My brother asked once again, I just nodded to his question.

"How's that martial arts thingy that you have told me?" My brother asked, I showed a cheeky smile.

"I became the top student apparently" I bragged but he just seems to not care, I frowned for a split second.

"Congratulations then" he congratulated me, which made me kinda happy. Now I can really become a hero. I know I'm studying nursing but I just studied it because a want decree before being a hero.

"Yukino, are you still planning on being a hero?" My brother asked with all seriousness, I turned pale, my brother hated the idea of me being a hero, coz he thinks being a super hero is a dangerous job.

"I can't promise anything" I looked down, trying to avoid my brother's gaze. He can be pretty scary when he's angry.

"Go out." I heard the plates clatter behind me, I bet Genos was surprised too. I just gulped, my heart is beating so fast.

"Go back to China, you're much better there" my brother told me coldly, suddenly my tears were going wild. How could he discard me like that? i mean i don't hate my brother, i know he only wants me to be safe but the fact that he can just hurt my heart like that saddens me.

"saitama sensei" genos caughts my brother's attention, i still averted my gaze. i don't want my brother to see my tears, i know im weak and thats why i was training the entire time. being a hero had always been my dream, i ignored the people discouraging me from becoming a hero, but when my brother does the same, it never fails to break my heart.

"genos" brother called out to the young man, genos immedietly walks towards our direction. the atmosphere was  tense, its suffocating me.

"escort yukino to the bus stop" he calmly told genos, who had done nothing but nod to my brother's order. i looked at genos trying to convince him not to obey my brother but it seems that he can't do anything.
