Chapter Five~revenge

TOMMY'S POV
I am in some room, tied to a chair with rope and duct tape around my mouth. All I really remember was talking to Adam and then everything else is a blur. Tears fall from my eyes. Where am I? The door opens and three men come into the room, they're in suits. It's dark so I can't see their faces.
"Hello Tommy." One man says with a familiar voice, the light comes on and what I don't believe what I see, fear racing though my veins.

~3 days later~
ADAM'S POV
As I open my eyes, I am laying in a hospital bed, my head throbs and I feel faint. Neil and dad walk in.
"Oh my god, Adam. You're finally awake" Neil speaks. I sit up slowly
"How long was I out?" I ask softly.
"Three days" Dad speaks, three days? Oh god. That's when I remember what happened, the concert, the carpark and Tommy getting taken.
"Where's Tommy?" I ask in a panic. They look at each other.
"The police are investigating his disappearance" Neil says with a grim face. Tears fall down my cheek. Suddenly, two police men come into the room, their faces were full of sorrow which makes my stomach drop.
"We have located Mr Ratliff, he is currently under examination. It doesn't look good." One speaks That is nice to say to someone, it doesn't look nice. How fucking dare they?.
"Did you find out who done it?" I ask, anger in my blood.
"Yes" The other speaks.
As they say his name, tears fall down my face. This is all my fault.

~A day earlier~
TOMMY'S POV
"Sauli? What the fuck, man?" I say in disbelief.
"Well, hello to you to, Thomas" He smirked, evil in his eyes. He came towards me with a knife. "I am very happy for you and dear Adam. But I thought that I couldn't just leave you two just so happy so easily." He laughed. He punched me in the eye.
"You're a fucking physco!" I yell.
"Tsk tsk tsk" He holds the knife towards me. "Be a little nicer there, Tommy Joe." He grins, soon, the knife goes into my stomach, I scream out in pain as the knife gets pulled out. He smiles as tears fall down my cheek. He left the room and came back in with someone with a brown sack over their head. Sauli takes the sack off to reveal my brother, Issac. (To the people who haven't read Heaven Below and are reading this and thinking, he doesn't have a brother? I needed him to have a brother in the first book instead of a sister. If you get what I mean?)
"Issac!" I cry out. Issac gets pushed to his knees, his eyes full of hurt. "Don't hurt him! Please!" I beg at Sauli who was now holding a gun in his hand. Sauli laughs as he rubs his forhead with the gun. Then he suddenly aims it at Issac's head.
"I want you to know how it feels to lose someone you loved!" He yells. I was confused.
"YOU left Adam!" I cry.
"No!" Sauli screams. "I lied about cheating on Adam, I never did! I left him because I know he didn't love me! He was in love with you!" He yells, tears falling down his eyes. "He didn't want me Tommy Joe, it was always you"
"No, you don't understand. Adam loved you!"
"No he didn't! He only ever talked to you about his problems! Never me! I now want you to feel how i felt!" He yells as he cocks his gun then he shoots.
My ears ring as I scream as Issac falls to the ground. Sauli stands there, he drops the gun and doesn't move. That's when police came into the room, guns aimed at Sauli. They handcuffed him and untied the rope from my wrists, I ran to where Issac was laying, blood was everywhere.
"NO! ISSAC! PLEASE!!" I screamed as I held his body, tears were falling down my face as blood came out from my cut, mixing in with my blood making me feel faint. I mentally relived the moment that I held Ashley's body in my arms.
That's when I hear a gunshot go off and a pain shoots through my whole body. I turn around to see someone unfamiliar standing there with a gun. Police shoot him in the leg and take him out. I stand up only to fall back down.

~Present Time~
ADAM'S POV
As I walk into Tommy's room, he was hooked up to a life support machine as he couldn't breathe by himself. The Police told me that Sauli had taken him, Sauli shot his brother. But Tommy was shot by someone that was working for Sauli. I will kill that son of a bitch when I see him next.
I sit down next to Tommy.
"You are not leaving me. You can't leave me. I love you, glitterbaby" I cry as I remember the time Zoe was in this postion and when my Mom was. Someone touches my shoulder.
"Adam, visiting hours are up. We can come back tomorrow." My Dad says. I stand up and kiss Tommy on the forehead and walk out with Dad helping me stand.
Once I arrive home, Dad leaves to go home and Neil has to go to work.
I sit down and stare at the wall. I feel so empty right now, I need to stay strong, for Tommy. He needs me most right now.
My phone rings in my pocket, I sigh as I pull it out and look at the I.D. It was Monte. I slide it to answer and put it to my ear.
"Hey man" I say as I stand up from my spot and get a glass of apple juice.
"Hey, I heard what happened with Tommy, how is he?"
"He is in a critical condition, he can't even breathe on his own. It's a mess, Monte." I sigh.
"And Issac?"
"Didn't make it." I hear Monte cry in the back ground.
"That boy was like my brother, man." Monte sobs. I turn around to see Zoe standing there, smiling and looking down at the ground. She lifts her head up. I drop my glass, causing it to smash. "Adam? What was that?" Monte asks,
"I have to go" I say quickly as I hang up, Zoe quickly runs out the back door. "Wait!" I yell as she goes into the big pines trees, (In this, Adam's backyard is connected to the woods) I chase after her, dodging trees and everthing, she looks back and laughs, her dress and hair flowing in the wind. She suddenly stops at a cliff edge. She turns around, she was so close to the edge.
"You need to help him, Adam. Tommy needs you." She says as she raises her arms and falls backwards into the water.
"Zoe!" I scream as I run over to the edge, nothing is there. I stand up and walk backwards slowly. I suddenly fall backwards.
What is happening? Why am I always seeing her? I close my eyes and drift away.

NEIL'S POV
"Adam!" I yell out as I enter Adam's house. I was here to give Adam his suit back..Ok, I wanted to check up on my brother, so what?
I go into the kitchen to see a glass broken on the floor and his phone on the bench. Adam always has his phone on him, everywhere he goes. "Adam!" I call out once again, that's when I notice the back door open, maybe he took a walk? I go through the trees and bushes. I walk for about twenty minutes until I come across a cliff edge and I see Adam Laying there. I quickly rush to his side. "Adam?" I say as I shake him. His eyes slowly open.
"Tommy?" He asks, still drousy, sitting up.
"It's Neil. What the hell are you doing out here? It's freezing!"
"I...I saw Zoe." He says softly.
"What do you mean you saw Zoe?" I ask as he rubs his forehead.
"I have been seeing her everywhere, Neil. Everything I do, I always see her. I can't get her out of my mind." He cries. I help him stand up as we walk back to his house. I get him to sit down on the couch while I get him a glass of water.
"Adam, I think you need to see a doctor." I say quietly. He puts the glass down and stares at me.
"I'm not crazy" He says, anger rising in his voice.
"I didn't say that"
"You didn't need to" He stands to his feet. "You should go, it's getting late" He says sternly.
"I'm not leaving you Adam." I say as I stand. He turns to face me,
"Just go!" He yells, making me jump, I am scared of Adam, he has done some pretty bad damage when he's real mad. He doesn't know how much strength he has which makes it worse.
"Fine, fuck you" I yell as I walk towards the door, I was stopped by Adam grabbing my arm.
"I'm sorry" He says with tears forming in his eyes. I pull my arm away.
"No, I don't want to hear it, Adam. This is the last straw. I am over trying to help you be happier, I am tired of trying to get you to open up!" Adam slowly steps back. But then he explodes with anger.
"You want me to fucking open up?" He yells harshly. "You don't know how it feels to wake up every fucking night because of nightmares. You don't know what it's like to deal with depression and you lose all self control! DO YOU?" He screams. I don't answer because I have no idea what he is going through.
"If you simply told me, maybe I'd try to understand." I say calmly. He laughs
"It's not something to bring up in a conversation 'Oh hey, Neil. How are you? Me? Oh yeah I'm fine, just been harming myself, the usual.' NO! I now have to cope with my boyfriend in hospital, on the brink of dying! My crazy ex boyfriend killed Issac. I have nothing to be happy about anymore, Neil. My music career is on hold because of everything that has been happening.! And to top it off, you all think I am fucking crazy!" He explains. I have never known how much it is affecting Adam. "Just go, Neil. Go have a perfect life.." He says again.
"Adam-"
"Fuck off, Neil. You don't need me!" He yells. I sigh heavily as I slam the front door behind me.
