Journal Entry - 638
9/27/10
I've known Dean for almost my entire life. I think Dean has feelings for Cass though, which I can't blame him, we are like brothers. But we both know Cass would fall to Earth and become a human if he had a relationship with anyone. I wouldn't know how to tell someone else I liked them, that's why I've never been in a relationship except for one girl in middle school that asked me out. I felt bad for her because she didn't know I was gay, so I dated her until dad pulled me out of school to help him on hunts.
This hunt we're on, it seems like something's off about it. Everything is going too well for it to be a normal job. I've called dad and he says it's not usual for the demons to be taken down as easily as we have been. Sam and Dean don't seem too worried about it. It might just be something I made up in my mind, but it doesn't feel right.Y/N shut his journal and stared at the cover of it. He sat back in his chair and dropped the pencil on the desk. He put his hands behind his head and leaned his head back, looking at the ceiling. He closed his eyes to clear his mind when he heard a knock on the door. He stood to see who it was, and opened the door for Dean and Sam.
"What did you guys find?" Y/N asked while the boys took off their ties. Dean took his off aggressively, while Sam took his off normally. Y/N turned around and walked over to the fridge in his room. He grabbed three beers and handed one to the others.
"I'm guessing that means you found nothing." Dean took a huge drink of his bottle and Sam nodded, confirming his guess. He walked over to his laptop and opened it, then turned it to the two boys.
"What is that?" Sam asked. He walked over and looked at the writing on the screen. He read through it while Y/N opened his beer and took a few drinks. Dean was sitting at the desk Y/N had been at just minutes before. He picked up Y/N's journal and started to read through it. He started to read one of the first entries from the personal section of it and caught Y/N's attention.
"Dean, I swear to Castiel, I'll kill you." The taller boy reached for the book, but Dean held it away laughing. Y/N wrapped his arms around Dean's neck and started to pull him towards him, while Dean tried to lean away as far as he could.
Y/N's phone started ringing, so he let go of Dean and straightened out his clothes. He grabbed his phone off the dresser and answered.
"Hey dad," He said out of breath. Y/N watched Dean opening the journal again while smiling and watching him. "Dean!" Dean read through more of the journal to himself.
"Why are you so outta breath boy?" Y/N leaned against the dresser and glared at Dean.
"Dean took my journal."
"Ok, and? It ain't like you got something bad in there do ya?" Y/N shook his head sarcastically.
"The first half is stuff about monsters and whatnot, the last half is personal stuff." His dad laughed and Y/N crossed his free arm across his chest.
"Ok, lemme talk to Dean." Y/N walked over to Dean and smacked him on the back of the head. He turned around and looked up at him.
"What?!" Y/N handed him the phone.
"Dad wants to talk to you." Dean pulled the phone up to his ear and chuckled.
"Hey Bobby, what's up?" Y/N saw Dean's smile fade into a scared look.
"Yes sir." Dean handed the phone back to Y/N with his journal. Y/N smirked and pulled the phone back up to his ear chuckling.
"What'd you say to 'im? He looks terrified." Y/N walked over to his bag and hid his journal in it.
"I just told him not to be messin' with my boy." Y/N raised his eyebrow in disbelief.
"And that's all you told him."
"Uh huh." Y/N nodded slowly.
"Righhhht. So whad'ya got for us?" Bobby cleared his throat and Y/N heard pages turning.
"These boys you're fighting may not be the regular type of demon. I have a feeling Crowley may be behind it. If they're letting you exorcise 'em this easily, he may be plannin' something, so he's trying to distract you." Y/N turned around and looked at the other two in the room.
"Okay, before you go any further, I'm gonna put you on speaker so they can hear you too." Y/N walked over to the table and sat the phone down.
"Find Crowley and see what he's up to. If you do that, you boys might be able to find out what's going on." The three boys looked at each other.
"Alright, thanks Bobby." Dean stood from his leaning position and walked over to his beer bottle.
"Thanks dad."
"You're welcome boys, be careful." Y/N chuckled.
"We will." Bobby ended the call. Y/N left his phone on the table and walked over to his drink. He took a big long drink of it then looked over at Dean.
"How much did you read?" Dean looked up with pursed lips.
"I dunno, a page." Y/N glared at him. "A few." Y/N sat his bottle down and put his hands on his face. He took a deep breath and exhaled through his nose. He looked up at Dean with a completely serious look.
"I'm gonna kill you." Dean didn't take him seriously so he started chuckling. Y/N lunged toward him and tackled him onto the bed. They were both struggling to get on top to be in control. Sam stood off to the side and watched them with a smile. He knew they both liked each other, he could tell probably before they could.
Dean finally got on top and pinned the taller boy's arms next to his head. They were both breathing heavily. Dean leaned down and kissed Y/N. They only kissed for a moment, but for them it felt like forever.
"I'll say it first so you don't have to. I love you." Dean smiled and lowered himself back down to kiss him again.
"I love you too Dean."
