**I'm sorry it's been a month almost. I didn't realize it's been that long. I'm going to post two to make up for it, especially since this one is so short.**

"Til the end of the line, John."

"Til the end of the line, Y/N."

That was what they had always said. They had said it since they were little until they were apart. Til the end of the line.

This was the end of the line. As Y/N lay lifeless in John's arms, his eyes wide open, his blood staining the floor and their clothes. John crying, holding the love of his life in his arms. He rocked back and forth hoping it was all a bad dream, hoping he would wake up and Y/N would be by his side as he slept. But he didn't.

He cried, and cried until he couldn't cry anymore. He rubbed the hair thick with blood out of Y/N's face. He cursed the monster that had killed him, a demon.

He heard a small voice, calling his name. He pushed it away, not wanting to think about anything else. The voice got louder, more present in his mind. Dad. Daddy. He then looked up, towards the voice. It was that of a little boy. He focused on the voice and soon he wasn't holding Y/N in his arms.

He sat up and looked around. His three year old son was sitting next to him on the bed, rocking him, trying to wake him up. He rubbed his eyes and rested his head in his palms. His little boy wrapped himself around his arms and started to pull him off the bed.

As he followed his son, he came into the smell of bacon and pancakes. He smiled and took a deep breath, closing his eyes. He felt arms wrap around his waist as he opened them. He turned around and saw Y/N in front of him with a huge grin on his face.

"Nightmare?" John nodded and pulled his arms around Y/N's neck. He rested his face in the crook of the taller man's neck. Y/N smiled and kissed John's hair. John smiled into Y/N's neck and snuggled closer. They both felt a warmth wrap around their legs and saw Dean hugging them. Y/N chuckled and raised him up into the hug.

"Til the end of the line, John," Y/N mumbled.

"Til the end of the line, Y/N," John whispered back. Dean got excited and started bouncing in his father's arms.

"Lines!"
