"Boys, I have someone I want you to meet." Bobby stepped to the side to show a small boy with H/C hair that came down in front of his E/C eyes. The boy looked up through his bangs at the brothers. He waved timidly.

Dean crouched down and smiled at him. "Hey what's your name kiddo?" His eyes darted back and forth as he watched Sam and Dean.

"Y-Y/N. Y/N L/N." Dean nodded. He placed his hand on his chest.

"My name's Dean Winchester." He pointed behind him to his brother. "This is Sam. He's my younger brother." The boy cocked his head and stared at him confused.

"If you're older, why are you shorter?" Sam and Bobby started to chuckle. Dean smiled and laughed.

"I don't know he was just built that way." Y/N giggled and made the three older men smile more.

"That's funny." He slowly stepped out from behind Bobby and took a step forward. Dean looked up at Bobby, who was watching Y/N with a proud smile. He stood and cleared his throat, catching his attention.

"Hey Bobby, can me and Sam talk to you real quick?" The three started to walk into a different room, but they quickly realized they couldn't leave the boy alone. He had ran over and was standing by Bobby's side. Sam and Dean looked at each other and nodded.

"Cass," They both said at the same time. Dean quickly prayed to Cass to come down and help with the boy and he came almost instantly. He was getting ready to ask what he was called down for when he felt a tug on his trench coat. He looked down and saw Y/N pulling on it.

"Hello tiny child." He looked back up to the three adults in the room. "What have you called me down for?" Dean smiled amused at Castiel's reaction to the random kid. They all three pointed at him.

"Can you watch him for a bit? He doesn't want to be left alone." Cass nodded.

He grabbed the boy's hand and walked with him back into the living room. Cass crouched in front of him and stared at him with his head cocked and his eyes squinted. The boy stood in front of him and looked at him through wide and curious eyes.

"What's your name?"

"Castiel, what's yours?"

"Y/N." Cass nodded.

"How old are you?"

"Five. How old are you?"

"Many eons old." The boy furrowed his eyebrows.

"What's that mean?"

"It means I am very old." Y/N pursed his lips and nodded. He reached up and pushed the hair out of his face with his open hand unsuccessfully. Castiel reached up and pushed the hair out of his face for him.

"How did you poof out of nowhere?" The boy tilted his head.

"I am an angel of the Lord. Why do you ask so many questions?" Y/N held his hands up and shrugged while mumbling an 'I dunno'. Castiel stood up and stared down at Y/N. Y/N looked up and then raised his arms up.

"What does that mean?"

"Pick me up. Please." Cass reached down and picked up the child. Y/N put his arms around Cass's neck for extra stability and he wrapped his legs around him. He hugged the boy weirdly, trying to figure out how to hold him without letting him fall. He decided it would be best to go to the couch so he wouldn't fall.

Cass sat down and sat Y/N next to him. As the couch sank, Y/N leaned into Cass's side. He sat with his hands in his lap looking between the child and the doorway to the kitchen where he could barely hear Dean whisper-yelling at Bobby.
