Before I rant, I just want to say you might need to know the MCU Phase 4 slate as of now:

- "Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings (February 12th, 2021)
- "WandaVision" (Spring 2021)
- "Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness" (May 7th, 2021)
- "Loki" (Spring 2021)
- "What If...?" (Summer 2021)
- "Spider-Man 3" (July 16th, 2021)
- "Hawkeye" (Fall 2021)
- "Thor: Love and Thunder" (November 5th, 2021)
HMM... let me just clear this up, I am REALLY EXCITED for all of these. Mostly "Loki", "Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness" and "Spider-Man 3" though.
And I also want to confirm that Marvel isn't pulling a Sony/Disney on us with Captain Marvel. She just won't be seen much in the future of the MCU.
ANYWAY!!!!! Notice how one movie was removed from the list... "Captain Marvel 2".
They removed this because some fans said that Captain Marvel was a useless, overpowered, self-centered character.
UMM... WHAT?!
First off, just a quick reminder of what would happen if Captain Marvel was not there:
1. Tony would still be trapped in space.
2. She's the one who destroyed Thanos's ships.
3. Without Captain Marvel, the other Avengers would not have been able to find Thanos in the beginning of Endgame.
4. And might I add that she liTERALLY KEPT THANOS FROM SNAPPING?!
That doesn't seem useless to me! There's probably even more than what I listed!!
As for overpowered...
Why y'all ranting about Carol's powers and not giving two sh*ts about Superman?!
Like... here's Carol's powers:
1. Flight
2. Superhuman Strength
3. Can project photon energy
Compare that to Superman (quick reminder that nobody cares that he's overpowered):
1. Flight
2. Superhuman Strength
3. X-Ray vision
4. Heat vision
5. Cold breath
6. Super speed
7. Enhanced hearing
8. Nigh-invulnerability
Compared to some other heroes, yes, Captain Marvel is powerful, but she's not a Mary Sue.
And SELF-CENTERED?! ARE THOSE FAKE FANS BLIND?! She SAVES PEOPLE LIKE A HERO SHOULD!
AND THIS...?
THIS SCENE WAS WHOLESOME AF!!
This definitely doesn't make Carol seem "sELf cEnTeReD."
So basically, Captain Marvel won't appear in Phase 4 or 5 of the MCU because of some stupid things that fake fans said.
