First off, happy 97th birthday to the Legend himself, Stan Lee!! I miss him... Rest In Peace, Stan...
And second... the news based off of the title above...
Okay, so, remember the huge scare that we Marvel fans got earlier this year? The one that stated we'd never see Spider-Man in the MCU again?
Yeahhhhh... I was pissed off, if y'all remember my chapters about that.
Most of the fandom was actually. They threatened to boycott and raid Sony, and they attacked both Disney and Sony on just about everything they posted.
ANYWAY!!!
Now that Spidey is back, both companies share him again with a brand new deal. This new deal not only solves their financial problems, but it also says that Sony is still allowed to use Spider-Man in their own films in their Sonyverse while Marvel continues to use him in the MCU.
Welllll guess what?!
Trustworthy sources claim that Sony is in talks with Tom Holland to have his version of Spider-Man in Venom 2!!
Something like this has happened before. Long before the Disney/Sony drama, Tom actually made a cameo as Spider-Man in the first Venom film. The scene was taken out because Marvel didn't want anybody getting confused and thinking that Venom was in the MCU since the Sonyverse and MCU are two different universes.
But now with their new deal AND the introduction of a Multiverse, Marvel is considering letting Tom be Spider-Man in Venom 2.
This would simply mean that Marvel has to confirm the existence of a Multiverse in the MCU, meaning that many other universes can exist, such as the Venomverse, and maybe even the different universes from Into the Spider-Verse.
Aaaand, TheStarWarsFangirl77 , this technically means the universes we've made up can very much exist too 😅😂
Anyway, I'm pretty sure the Multiverse DOES exist in the MCU due to the fact that one of the Phase 4 movies is called "Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness".
So basically they're saying that the Venomverse is still a separate world from the MCU, but Tom Holland's Spider-Man can still be used in it if he's just a different character from the MCU Spider-Man.
I'm actually perfectly okay with this for a few reasons:
1. We still get MCU Spidey!!!
2. We get to see a brand new Spider-Man interact with Venom, which should be very interesting.
Don't know about y'all, but I am DOWN to see Venom 2 if Tom Holland is Spider-Man in it AND he can still be in the MCU as well😅
This could also be really cool for Tom, because he gets to do something that Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield didn't.
He gets to play TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SPIDER PEOPLE from DIFFERENT UNIVERSES!! I for one think that's pretty amazing.
Okay that's all! Bye bye!

Fandom Theories, Rants, and News!
RandomSo I'm involved in a LOT of fandoms (I wonder what gave THAT away 😂) I tend to develop a lot of theories about my fandoms. I'm aware that the account I'm posting this on is mainly for Marvel, and this book will contain Marvel theories too. However...
