Let's talk about AOT Chapter 124

Note: I'm not usually a manga reader. I've only read basic parts of the manga. Anyway, I'm going to put a HEAVY SPOILER WARNING on here because if you're an anime watcher and haven't read the manga at all, you probably don't want the future seasons to be spoiled for you.

As for me... I'm the spoiler queen. I spoil everything for myself thanks to the existence of the internet 😂

Now, I'll let you know this. I've only read two important parts of this arc, because I tried to avoid spoiling everything. I read:

-Sasha's death 😭

-Eren badmouthing Armin and Mikasa, and overall becoming a b*tch.

Honestly idk wtf is happening with angry German kid at the moment (lol plz don't spoil what happens with him in the comments, I want to wait and see all this sh*t go down on the screen 🤣)

Anyway, there's only four things to talk about here (for me at least... I didn't even read the whole chapter... still trying to avoid SOME spoilers):

Let's start with this-

So they're trying to bring back Connie's mother? I'm actually glad they brought up that topic again, and didn't just use the destruction of Connie's village as an excuse to give him more character

So they're trying to bring back Connie's mother? I'm actually glad they brought up that topic again, and didn't just use the destruction of Connie's village as an excuse to give him more character. I'm glad they decided to expand on that a bit more.

But now I need to rant.

First off, Connie, I get you're mad but like... calm the f*ck down. Don't get me wrong, Connie is a great character, and he's had a lot of development since the first season. But I actually didn't expect him to blow up like that. Armin had a point when he said Connie's idea was a sucky one because it was dangerous.

And also... I feel really bad for both Connie and Armin in that very moment. Connie is upset because he wants his mother back, which is understandable. And Armin... well... take a look at this frame:

First of all Armin looks absolutely terrified, but remember how Armin reacted upon realizing that he had killed Bertholdt? He was TRAUMATIZED
