Who framed Virgil?

Who really killed Roman?

I will be choosing how to continue the story not only based on the majority vote, but on how convincing the reasoning behind the vote is, so theorize all you want.

Pretend you are a detective in the story.

I have previously used ideas from comments from the first voting.

The majority vote and the long explanations from you readers in the last vote led Virgil into the situation he's in and brought new conflicts.

Aside from the identity of the killer, the rest of the plot is in your hands.

VOTE.

Logan.

Patton.

Remus.

Virgil killed Roman and is lying about being framed.

Virgil really does seem like the culprit, doesn't he?

Who else could possibly know the combination?

Logan and Remus are the smartest and most thoughtful of the bunch, but Patton knows his best friend better than anyone.

Patton acts the same towards both Virgil and Logan, but is he hiding feelings from either of them?

Or is he just that kind of friend?

Who really started the sibling rivalry?

How dangerous is love?

Will Remus ever try to speak to his parents again?

Did he hate Roman so much that he really couldn't stay for the funeral or are there more layers?

Is Patton the type to hold grudges from years past?

Virgil is always carrying a strange amount of care and defense items with him, so why wouldn't he carry a gun?

Is the obvious choice not so obvious?
