ch. 23: the parents returns

So Aria called Ella to check on their kids Addison and Caitlin are up Caitlin is making coffee for them Addison is standing at the head of the island and Caitlin is standing on the other side of island Addison just got off of the phone with Alison

'so what's up?' Caitlin asks

'um...' Addison starts saying, She looks at her like she's seen a ghost

'what?, what happened?' Caitlin asks

'Dylan is in a coma and has a machine helping him to breath' Addison says, Caitlin puts her head down and puts her hands over face

'oh my god' Ava says. then there's a knock on the front door

'that might be Ella Aria's mom' Claire says, she leaves to go answer it, they both walks in the kitchen

'hey guys' Ella says, they look at her

'hey' everybody says, they hug her but Addison, Ella looks at their injuries

'wow Aria said you guys have some injuries but she didn't say anything this bad though' Ella says

'yeah it's been a crazy 24 hours' Ava says

'it just got more crazy i just got off the phone with Alison she said Dylan is in a coma on breathing machine' Addison says

'oh my god' Ella says, Ella already met Addison

'i was afraid that this was gonna happen' Claire says

'but how about a girl's trip instead you two and Caitlin and Addison, I know Addison is a undercover cop and all but i think she needs a couple of mouths off too and I still have that have that beach house in Florida, let me talk to your guys parents but Addison's of course she's 22 I don't need her parents permission to see if she can go too but i think I can talk them into letting you guys spend the summer down there until the school year starts up again' Ella says, everybody looks at each other

'what do you guys think?' Claire asks

'i think we should take it we deserve it' Ava says, 

'agree' Caitlin says

'i'll be happy to go with them' Addison says, Claire looks at Ella

'ok we're in' Claire says

'i'll talk to your guys parents' Ella says

'in the meantime what do we do now?' Caitlin asks

'just wait and pray if you guys believe in any of that stuff' Ella says, and that's what they do wait

So Claire, Ava, Addison, and Caitlin decides to meet up for coffee they are sitting outside Addison takes a drink of her coffee

'so Addison have you heard a by update about Dylan yet?' Ava asks

'oh yeah i have to thank you to remind me about it, Alison said that he could wake up at any time but he is breathing on his own finally' Addison says

'what a relieve' Ava says

'i know' Addison says, Caitlin looks at Claire

'hey are you ok?' Caitlin asks, Ava and Addison looks at Claire too

'yeah are you?, you look tired' Addison says

'it explains why you kept tossing and turning all night' Ava says, Claire looks at her

'oh sorry' Claire says

'it's fine, what's wrong talk to us' Ava says, She puts her right hand on Claire's left cheek and Claire smiles and looks at her

'Everything that has happened with all of us lately I have been having nightmares again' Claire says

'I haven't been sleeping that great either' Caitlin says

'I don't think none of us have been sleeping that great even Dylan' Addison says, everybody looks at her

'What do you mean by that?' Claire asks

'When you're in a coma all you do is dream about a white wall' Addison says

'tomorrow is when we leave for Florida should we start packing now or not?' Caitlin asks

'um yeah, I just feel bad about leaving Dylan here' Ava says

'i talk to Caleb and Lucas once he is recovery enough he can come out and visit and then next summer before you guys go to college and I come with you guys because I got a job as a security guard at Georgia tech and if he's healthy enough be come next summer' Addison says

'that sounds good to me like you said if he's healthy enough to come with us next summer' Claire says

'like Caitlin said lets go pack i need to get my mind off it' Ava says

'ok let's go' Claire says

'ok' Ava says, She gets up

'we're gonna go too and pack as well' Addison says

'ok' Claire says, So they leave, everybody goes home and packs
