ch. 50: Mona is off

Everybody is in Jenna's office but Mona, Caleb, and Lucas Aria is pacing around the room everybody is watching her

'Aria you ok?, you been pacing around the room for almost twenty minutes now?' Spencer asks, Aria stops and looks at her

'Sorry I'm just worried about Mona' Aria says

'Why what has she done this time?' Jenna asks

'What hasn't she done' Alison says, everybody laughs because they know it's true Mona has done some crazy stuff in the pass

'Like run me with a car' Hanna says

'Or fake her own death' Shannon says

'Actually that one was smart if you think about it' Alison says

'Why are you worried about Mona for?' Emily asks

'Well like Alison just said What hasn't she done and the problem with that is she hasn't done anything yet, she's been quite, too quite if I may add' Aria says

'Well we're going to die' Hanna says

'Hanna!?' Spencer says

'What, who knows what Mona is planning, she probably hasn't tell aria what the hell she's doing' Hanna says

'Well she did say she thinks that what happened between Claire and Jeremy isn't over just yet' Aria says

'But Jeremy is dead though' Alison says

'Yeah but Jeremy could have a close friend or family member that has seen what happened to between Claire and Jeremy and wants to seek justice for Jeremy' Emily says, Jenna sits up

'What do we now?' Alison asks Jenna

'Figure out what Mona's plan is and there's only one person who can do that' Jenna says

'Well I'm not doing it, I been married to her for almost twenty years, I'm still afraid to get into her mind' Aria says

'We all are' Hanna says

'Who are you thinking about to get inside her brain?' Shannon asks

before Jenna can answer her aria's phone rings and makes everybody jump aria gets her phone out and looks at it, it's Claire aria answers it

'Hey, what's up?' Aria asks

'Hey, I think mom slipping back into old Mona' Claire says

'What do you mean?' Aria asks

'Well she's sitting in front of your guys bedroom looking outside with a blank expression on her face' Claire says, aria puts her hand on her forehead

'Ok I'll be there shortly' Aria says

'Ok see you soon' Claire says

'Ok bye' Aria says

'Bye' Claire says, they hang up

'What's going on?' Emily asks

'That was Claire she said that Mona is slipping back into old Mona again' Aria says

'Go take care of that and we'll figure out something in the meantime' Jenna says

'Ok' Aria says, she grabs her stuff and leaves

Aria gets home and walks in the kitchen a he sees Claire sitting at the bar at the counter

'Hey, where is she at?' Aria asks

'Upstairs still in your bedroom' Claire says

'Ok well I'll try to figure out what the hell is going on with her' Aria says

'Good luck' Claire says

'Gee thanks' Aria says, Claire laughs

Aria leaves and goes upstairs she stops a little bit before their bedroom and prepares for whatever is in that room before she starts walking she hears humming she walks up to their bedroom door and listens then it stops Mona smiles

'I know it's aria' Mona says, aria stands in the doorway

'How did you know it was me?' Aria asks, Mona keeps smiling

'Because your perfume and I heard your footsteps coming up the stairs I can tell the difference between yours and Claire's footsteps' Mona says, aria walks slowly to her, she's sitting the rocking chair

'Even in that state you can hear things?' Aria asks, Mona chuckles

'Don't worry I'm not in old mona's mindset yet, I'm just thinking but not too deep you know that makes me go back into my old mindset' Mona says

'After being married to you almost twenty years I'm still scared of you' Aria says, Mona looks at her

'How so?' Mona asks, aria sits down on their bed

'Well I just don't know when you're going flip the switch in your mind' Aria says, Mona smiles and gets up she starts walking towards her

'You're going to kill me now, ok just don't make it painful' Aria says, Mona laughs and sits down beside her

'Don't worry if I would have killed you probably on your wedding night if I felt like and didn't like you so much' Mona says

'Well geez thanks' Aria says

'I'm just getting old to be old Mona, I know she's still in there somewhere but something big has to happen make her come out' Mona says

'Hopefully nothing big and bad happens to make her come out because she's scary' Aria says, Mona chuckles

'Lets just see who is targeting the kids first' Mona says

'Ok deal' Aria says, they kiss

'Come on we gotta explain to Claire what the hell just happened i think we scared her for life' Aria says, she gets up

'Eh she seen plenty of things to scar for life' Mona says, she gets up and follows aria downstairs
