I don't have any words,
For the disappointment,
That I feel right now.
I know it's not your fault,
And that you have no say,
Even if it hurts me.
You hurt me,
I'm not going to lie,
But it'll never be your fault.
I probably shouldn't be lying,
And telling you that I'm fine,
When I need you the most.
Please don't cry for me,
I can't bear to see you in pain,
But remember, I'll do anything for you.
You can break my heart as many times as you want,
Because I don't mind the pain,
As long as it keeps you from hurting yourself.
But I know that next time,
You'll be there to comfort me,
And wipe away my tears.
You can't be here for me now,
But I understand,
And I still love you.
