Katherine I woke up and started to rub my eyes as I suddenly realized that the other side of my bed was empty. I thought Colby, Jon, and Joe had to leave early to head back on the road after a long and exhausting night and I started to feel a little bit of sadness.
A few minutes after opening my eyes, I started to smell something delicious such as bacon and eggs being cooked downstairs in the kitchen. After waking myself up, I went downstairs to seeing Colby with his hair tied into a messy bun and wearing an ashy-colored grey robe around him.

He looked over at me with an eyebrow raised in attempt to make me laugh, and it worked.
"Why are you looking at me like that, Colby?" I asked.
"Because, I wanted to surprise you with breakfast in bed but you woke up before I could surprise your ass." He said with a smirk while he was still finishing up on the bacon and scrambled eggs.
When we were finished with our breakfast, I heard Jon and Brianna knocking on my door and I went to answer it.
"Good morning." Jon said.
"Morning to you guys too." I replied, glancing over and seeing Joe sleeping and snoring loudly.
I forgot that Joe stayed the night and fell asleep on the couch after he was finished talking to Galina and Joelle on the phone. I silently walked up to him while going on YouTube and played a bloodcurdling scream to make him awaken from his slumber.
"What the fuck, Katie?" Joe said, alarmed.
Everyone in the room laughed while Joe rubbed his fingers through his head, groaning.
"You guys are the worst, you know that?" He said.
"I know but your snoring was atrocious."
Joe looked over at me and rolled his eyes with a smile while sitting up from the couch.
"Here's your breakfast, babe." Colby said, handing me the plate that contained bacon and scrambled eggs with a smile on his face.
"What a gentleman." I looked up to seeing his face becoming red.
"What can I say? I love to cook my girl some food once in awhile."
Jon, Brianna, and Joe started to laugh at the sight of Colby blushing and I proceeded to eat my breakfast while we all started talking about wrestling before they had to head back on the road in a few hours.
A few hours later, I watched as the boys packed up their luggage and seen Colby sitting to himself as Joe was taking his things and putting them in the back of the car.
"Colby?"
"I'm sorry, Katherine." He sighed. "We just became a couple the other day and I have to head back to work and repeat the process again like working out in the gym, having Monday Night Raw and SmackDown to wrestle at along with the house shows that we're required to do." He said, looking over at me. "Are you sure you'll be fine with me not being around as much because of my job?"
I leaned close to Colby and kissed his cheek before he could say anything else.
"Of course I'll be fine. Your job is very important and it's something you love to do, Colby."
"Thanks, Katherine. I love you so much."
"I love you too, take care of yourself."
He began to smile and wrapped his arms around me.

"I will always love you and I'm so thankful for you, Katherine." He said.
We shared a moment and I felt his lips crashing onto mine until we heard Joe and Jon calling for him.
"Colby! Quit kissing on your girl and get in the car already!" Jon shouted.
"Alright, alright." Colby said, displeased.
Colby looked back into my eyes and seen sadness in them.
"I'll see you soon, alright?" I worried.
"Of course you will and I promise to tell you when I'll be back in Los Angeles." He said, reassuring me, planting a kiss on my head.
"Let me know when you make it to the hotel safely."
"I can reassure you Katherine that I will." He smiled.
We shared one last kiss before he walked over to the car and waved goodbye to Brianna and I. When we seen the car no longer in sight, I looked down at the ground and didn't say a word.
"What's wrong?" Brianna asked.
"Nothing." I sighed. "I'm missing Colby already."
"He said he'll be back, Katie. Remember? He's a WWE wrestler with a busy schedule but I know just as well as you do that he'll make time for you just like Jon does for me."
Before I said anything else, I needed to know if Jon and Brianna were a couple.
"Out of curiosity, are you and Jon a couple?" I asked.
"Not at the moment, no."
"He was all over you last night."
"He wants to get to know who I am first before we become an item. I can understand where he's coming from because his last girlfriend was a total bitch from what he told me."
"I have to get ready for work soon. Are you driving me or do I have to drive myself?"
"I'll drive you if you'd like. Do you want to drive over to Starbucks before you clock into work?"
"That'll be fine with me, I could go for some lattes."
I walked back into my room and seen the Mayday Parade wristband that Colby had given me laying on the nightstand. I really fell in love with this man and he's proved to me that he was nothing like Tony. I rushed myself and put on my work outfit and met up with Brianna at my driveway as she was starting up the car.
"Get in loser, we're going to Starbucks!"
I laughed and got into her car and drove over to pick up a latte before I went into work.
Colby's POV
The boys and I drove off to our next destination which was Washington, D.C. and I remained quiet in the backseat while hearing Jon and Joe having a conversation about anything that crossed their minds. I pulled out my phone and decided on sending her a small text message that would make her feel better before she had to start work.
Seth Rollins / Colby Hey princess, I just wanted to send you this small message and to let you know that I love you so much. I'm currently in the car while Jon and Joe are talking about God knows what and I'm not really talkative. I hope your day at work treats you well and just know that I will be back very soon to wrap my arms around that cute body of yours. I love you, Katherine.
I turned off my phone and looked out the window to seeing the road and hearing a random conversation going on between Joe and Jon still. After realizing I was too quiet for awhile, I seen Jon looking back at me from the passengers seat.
"Hey man, are you doing alright?" Jon asked.
"Yeah. You know how it is with me, I miss my girl."
"I miss mine too." Jon said, sighing.
"You and Brianna are dating?" I asked.
"No but I consider her my woman. I'm just getting to know her before I want to make it official between the both of us."
"I figured as much, Jon." I said, scratching my beard.
"You'll see Katie again pretty soon, Colby. I know she misses you just as much but here's how I see things with Galina and I. When I'm able to take some time off of work or it's our day off, I'm always excited to head back to Pensacola and see her. Absence makes the heart grow stronger, remember that."
"I know that saying, Joe."
He chuckled while staring at the road while he proceeded to drive.
"You'll be fine man. How about when we get to the gym in a few hours, we'll work out and then grab a protein shake afterwards?" Joe asked.
"I'm in, Joe. What about you, Colby?" Jon said, glancing back at me.
