After another day of spending time together, we all went to the house show that was taking place in Los Angeles, California. I was thrilled to have my girlfriend watch me wrestle against Jon tonight. I understood that she didn't know much about what I do at work but just having her here inside of this arena with me and watching me wrestle makes my entire night worthwhile.
While she was escorted by Brianna to sit in the front row to watch me wrestle. I was standing backstage alongside Joe and Jon while they were preparing for their matches tonight. Joe was facing Taylor, formally known as Bo Dallas, while I was wrestling Jon after a couple of matches.
"You boys ready for tonight?" I asked.
"Duh, Colby." Joe chuckled.
I laughed while pouring some water on my head before my match against Jon.
"Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose, please arrive to the gorilla!" The producer said.
Jon and I walked down to the gorilla and waited for our entrances to begin playing throughout the arena. I seen Katherine and Brianna cheering for the both of us in the front row as we stepped through the ropes and smiled at everyone; although I had my eyes sat on Katherine.
The bell rung and I ran towards Jon and knocked him down with a Dropkick. Jon quickly stood up and knocked me down onto the ground and ran outside of the ring and picked up a Kendo Stick. I quickly grabbed it from him and began hitting him across the back with it and heard him screaming in pure agony as he hit the canvas and tried to recover quickly. When he stood up, he swung his arm out with a Clothesline and made me fall to the ground with the Kendo Stick still in my grasp.
During the match, I pulled out a table and stood on the top rope after placing Jon onto the table. After he quickly reversed, he laid me down on the table and stood on the second rope and thrown his entire body onto the table until it collapsed, leaving my back splintered and bloodied from the broken table.

The crowd was erupting in cheers while Jon managed to get the pinfall. Katherine looked at me when I stood up and stepped out of the ring and smiled at her, kissing the top of her head as the crowd started erupting at seeing Katherine and I sharing a small, but loving moment after my match.
After that, I had to get my back checked out by the WWE Medical Staff and I could tell that Katherine wanted to come check on me; thankfully I wasn't hurt too bad. Jon was always known as a crazy bastard, but he's always fun to wrestle with in the ring.
Two hours had passed and the house show was finally finished for tonight. Unfortunately for me, I had to leave Katherine tomorrow. I wasn't ready to head back onto the road for another long month without being able to spend some quality time with the woman that I loved the most.
We made our way back to Katherine's house and I realized that my phone was vibrating like crazy for the past five minutes. I checked my Twitter and seen people tagging me in multiple tweets and saying how Katherine and I were a cute couple. The tweets alone brought a smile to my face. I just wonder how my bosses are going to feel about me being in a relationship.
"What's going on, babe?" Katherine asked.
"Apparently, everyone on social media loves us being together." I said with a smile, showing her the messages and posts on my phone, leaving Katherine with a huge smile on her face.
"Really?" She said, blushing.
I nodded and then placed my phone back into my pocket and spent the rest of the night with her before I had to leave tomorrow morning to Washington D.C.
When we made it back to her house and into her bedroom, Jon insisted on hanging out with Brianna and went to her house while Joe was sitting on the couch and talking to Galina and Joelle on the phone until he was ready to fall asleep.
Katherine laid down on the bed and she threw on her favorite, silky cream-colored robe while bringing her body close to mine. I wrapped my arm around her and pressed my lips against hers.
"Did you enjoy tonight?" I asked.
"I did." She smiled, "I loved seeing you wrestle, but it sucks that you didn't win your match against Jon tonight."
I chuckled, "It's alright, babe. Jon actually managed to scrape my back with the table earlier, too."
She winced at the thought of the wood breaking on my back, "Ouch! How are you feeling after that?"
"I don't feel any pain right now; but as a wrestler, we always get slammed through things." I laughed. "I'm just glad that I'm not feeling a terrible amount of pain."
"I'm glad that you're okay, Colby."
I smiled down at her and pulled her close to me while I felt like I was on the verge of passing out any second. It took me a few minutes and I drifted off to sleep and Katherine done the same.
I'm really going to miss her once I'm back on the road for a few weeks.
