Weiying woke up with the opening of his bedroom door, revealing Lan Zhan with a worried look.
"Lan err-gege, it seems that I stressed myself to sleep, and A-Ling brought me here to rest, don't worry i finally eased down a bit..." Lan Zhan didn't speak instead he sat on Weiying's bed and backed hugged him.
"Did I worry you too much?" He nodded. "I don't know what to do if things go back from before" a frown had went it's way up Weiying's face when he heard that from Lan Zhan.
He turned around to face Lan Zhan sitting on the man's lap then caressing the man's face.
"Lan Zhan, things are finally different, it won't be the same back from before, there's no more enemy, no more trouble engaging us, no more people to separate us. We made a big promise didn't we?" Weiying said with a tender smile.
Lan Zhan buried his face on Weiying's chest, smelling his scent of a mixture of honey and lotus.
"Mn. You smell nice..." Weiying chuckled at his friend, who's sniffing him nonstop.
"Maybe because I gathered some Lotus and accidentally spilled the honey from the cabinet to my hair earlier, then I took a bath but the honey scent was still on me...so maybe that's the reason?" Weiying explained then asked himself, 'definitely it' thought Lan Zhan who finally stopped sniffing him.
"Let's go to the dining area, everyone's waiting for us to eat." He stood up and offered Weiying his hand, which the other gladly accepted intertwining their hands together.
/After Dinner/
Both went to their respective rooms about to sleep, but Weiying saw Lan Zhan's room was still lit up.
He slowly stood up walking directly towards Lan Zhan's room quietly.
There he saw Lan Zhan sitting near the opened window staring at the crescent moon.
"Hanguang-Jun? Eh aren't you still not sleeping?" Lan Zhan looked at him, then gestured him to come lay by his side, which Weiying followed suit.
"Can't sleep" muttered Lan Zhan who's looking at Wei Wuxian.
"Well, Jin Ling arrived with Emperors Smile, and he gave me one crater, wanna have a drink with me?" Weiying nervously asked, he knew that Lan Zhan would actually decline his offer.
"Why not." What a shocker to Weiying.
He then grabbed two jars of Emperors Smile placing it on the table.
As they drank them, Lan Zhan started to feel dizzy gripping the table for balance.
Weiying saw him with this state started helping him balance by holding his arm.
He guided the drunk man on the bed starting to tuck him, when Lan Zhan held Weiying's wrist.
"Is something wrong Lan Zhan?" Weiying stared at the drunk man in confusion, when suddenly an idea popped into his head.
"Pop quiz ok?" Weiying said while Lan Zhan listened to him and nod, making Wei Wuxian smile.
"Am I a good friend?"
"Mn."
"Do you really promise to stay with me forever?"
"No...I stay with Weiying..."
"Ah...then, what is Weiying to you?"
"My friend, my bestfriend, my partner, and my everything..."
Weiying couldn't help but smile so lovingly at his bestfriend.
"Is he really that important?"
"Mn. I can even give my own life...just to save or make him happy..."
"You can't do that Lan Zhan"
"I can and I will..."
"Whose the person that already touched your headband? No family included."
"Weiying...he touched mine...I even wrapped it in his wrist once..."
"Did you regret doing that?"
"No..."
"Why not?"
"His my bestfriend...and that makes him my significant other..."
"I see, how about this, have you ever fall inlove?"
"Mn."
"With who?"
"With Weiying..."
Weiying smiled patting Lan Zhan's head.
"You really know how to make my heart beat fast...want me to sleep with you?" Lan Zhan pulled Weiying on the bed, making Weiying lay his head on Lan Zhan's chest, while Lan Zhan has his arms around Weiying's waist.
Before sleeping Lan Zhan turned the lights off as both he and Weiying snuggles each other on their sleep.
"And this happens when Lan Zhan has been given an Emperors Smile"
