Jay's P.O.V
I walked downstairs into my kitchen and my mum looked at me
"You'd want to be heading soon if you want to say goodbye" she said while cleaning to counters
"What?" I asked confused
"Chloe" she stated
"Oh....we broke up" I mumbled
"I thought that was the point" she laughed "you went to the airport said goodbye and that's how ye would end"
"That's how it was supposed to happen but she started saying she wanted to stay here for me so I had to do something to make her leave" I sighed thinking back on that day
"What do you mean you 'had to do something to make her leave?'" My mum asked looking at me
"I made her think that I was cheating on her and that I didn't love her anymore, before you start I know it was probably the worst way to do things but I had to do something she deserves this opportunity and I wasn't gonna let her love for me stop her" I explained
"Hunny, you love the girl, the least you could do for both of you is give her a proper goodbye" she sighed
"It's too late, she hates me" I shook my head
"Did she say that?" She asked
"Well yeah but then she said she doesn't" I lowered my head
"Well then go! Go and tell her you love her!" My mum laughed
"What?" I looked at her confused
"Get your ass in the car and go tell that girl you love her and kiss her" my mum pulled me up out of the chair and pushed me towards the door.
She was right, I can't leave things with Chloe this way.
I ran to the car and drove as fast as I could to the airport, I ran inside and found the screen that showed all the flights and when I seen that her flight said boarded my heart sunk. I walked over to the big window that you could see all the planes through and I whispered
"Goodbye Chloe, I love you"
