Chloe's P.O.V
I was in my room when I heard singing, a man singing. I walked out and followed the man singing and found my dad in the kitchen cooking and singing,
"You sing?" I asked shocked making him jump
"Not really" he laughed "only when I'm in the shower or cooking or just randomly"
"You're good" I looked down
"I heard you're pretty good too" he smiled
"I must get it from you then cause mum really can't" I laughed a small bit
"Well I think I should get to hear you sing" he nodded
"Okay" I thought for a song to sing
*Beauty queen of only eighteen she had some trouble for herself
I began to sing she will be loved by maroon 5 and I could see a proud look cross my dads face. When it got to the chorus he joined in and we sang together and it went on like that and for the first time since my dad arrived I actually enjoyed his company.
The song finished and we were both smiling
"You have a beautiful voice" he smiled proudly
"Thank you" I nodded smiling
"Would you like to, maybe, help me coo the dinner?" He asked cautiously
"Yeah" I nodded "I would".
I helped my dad cooked the dinner and we talked and even laughed and now we were cleaning up and when my mother walked in she was shocked,
"Are my eyes deceiving me?" She laughed
"No this is really happening mum don't worry you're not losing your mind" I looked at her smiling
"Yes, we even sung together" my dad nodded
"Yeah but I was definitely better" I teased
"Oh really?" My dad raised his eyebrows a huge smile on his face
"Yeah I'm sorry but it's the truth" I shrugged
"Well then I must ATTACK" he yelled the last part before starting to spray me with the cleaning product he was holding,
I laughed and grabbed another cleaning product and started to spray him but ended up spraying my mother by accident,
"Mum I'm so sorry" I laughed
"You will be" she smiled before grabbing a towel and hitting me with it
"Ow" I laughed spraying her and my dad,
Daniel ran in and looked so confused but excited,
"Danny help me" I threw a towel at him and he joined in helping me win this play fight against my parents.
When we finished and called a truce we were all laughing and I decided to take a photo of all of us,
"Okay well lets all get cleaned up before dinner" my mum laughed guiding Daniel out of the room,
I went to walk out but my dad called me,
"Chloe"
"Yeah?" I asked turning to face him
"I really enjoyed today with you" he smiled
"So do I" I smiled back
"Do you think you could find it in your heart to maybe give me another chance?" He walked towards me
"Yeah, but if you fuck up one more time, you'll never have a relationship with me" I nodded
"Well then I won't fuck up" he shook his head before holding his arms out and I walked forward and hugged him before leaving to wash up.
