Chapter Seventeen

"Come on Cass" I shout
She glances over her shoulder giving me a glare and i just have to wait impatiently hoping we dont miss our flight because apprantly having a few magazines for the plane wont hurt.
Women!
"Why do they do shit last minute?" I roll my eyes directing the question to Nial
"I'm just as clueless fella but I tell you something when our gate opens I'm off with or with out them" Nial replies
"Is that so" Leigh says behind him raising her eyebrow
Neither of us see them approaching so they definitely caught us off guard
"I was joking baby you no I wouldnt get on that plane with out you" Nial grovels planting kisses on Leigh's face. I laugh, Cass dont seem to care what's going on as she bites into a dairy milk chocolate bar. The announcement let's us know it's time to board our flight and we are all systems go dragging the suitcases, getting the plane tickets out ready to show and making sure we have everything we brought along. These girls really felt the need for a large suitcase and small suitcase and a holdall bag each what was they moving to the Maldives without telling us, blimey.

After a long flight and a brief trip on a coach from the airport we've finally arrived in our 2bedroom villa, the view overlooks the beach which is incredible I dont mind being woken to the sound of the waves crashing, beats the sound of dustbins being emptied. We all head upstairs and me and Cass take the bedroom that's right at the end of the corridor since Nial and Leigh already scrambled inside the one at the top of the stairs.
"Wow" Me and Cassie say together dropping the cases by our feet and taking in our surroundings.

The room is very large, it holds a four poster king size bed, a solid oak nightstand on either side both holding a small lamp, theres fitted solid oak wardrobes going along one of the walls mirrored top to bottom, a large white fluffy rug at the foot of the bed
"Oh my gosh Ry look" Cassie says excitedly standing by two solid wooden oaked doors, to be honest if it wasnt for the handle on each door and a lock I would have thought it was just the wall, they blend perfectly. I walk over to Cass as she unlocks the doors and pushes them open. Both of our eyes widen, Cassie looks over her shoulder making sure I've just witnessed these doors pushing open onto an unbelievable balcony that's decked with a dark brown decking that holds little circle lights that no doubt look beautiful when they light up in the dark, theres a small round glass table with an oversized umbrella coming out and covering the table in shade with two black metal seats tucked in either side
"Oh my god, oh my god, look" Cassie shouts making my attention divert straight to her, my mouth gapes open and my eyes widen even more than before if that's even possible as I take in the site of a jacuzzi covered in decking that matches the decked floor of the balcony. Cassie makes her way to the end of the balcony and stands there admiring the view. I slide my arms around her waist and inhale her scent as she tilts her head to the side and rests her head on mine softly.
"We done good coming up the stairs last" I laugh taking in the view of the beach, golden sand occupied by people sunbathing, children running around or making sandcastles and crystal clear water occupied by people swimming and splashing each other.
"We did" Cass says turning her body round into mine and pressing a kiss on my lips
"I love you cass" I say softly as I hold her in a tight embrace
"I love you too" she replies exhaling softly, this let's me know she feels calm and relaxed right now happy that we booked this holiday and happy with our accommodation.

This week has flown by and I've loved every minute spending it with Cassie and the people closest to us we spent our days being tourists exploring the beautiful country and most of our nights consist of eating at amazing restaurants, swimming in our private pool and then me and Cass having our own private party in the jacuzzi on our balcony.

Only three more days to go I really dont want it to end. Cassie comes back into the room from the ensuite looking pale and generally unwell she flops on the bed almost lifeless
"You not feeling well?" I ask
She shakes her head
"I've spent most of this morning throwing up, I feel awful" she says
"Maybe something you've ate I know Nials stomach has had him on the toilet last night" I say sympathetically brushing the hair out of her face she nuzzles her face in my palm and I see her eyelids heavy the energy fading from her body
"Go back to sleep babe, hopefully you feel better after some rest I'll be in the lounge" I say kissing her forehead softly she nods her head in response and falls onto the pillow so I head for the lounge, Nial and Leigh already there
"Wheres Cass, I thought we was going to explore some more?" Leigh asks looking over my shoulder
"Shes sleeping, shes been sick all morning" I say
"Oh I hope she feels better" Leigh says
"Yeah me too, I'm gonna hang out here today incase she needs me" I inform them
Leigh nods in response with a small smile on her face
"If you need anything give me a shout mate" Nial says
"Cheers" I respond
