I blow dry my perfect brown locks in my bathroom. The heat of the dryer placed warmness on my head and shoulders. I sigh before I flip the switch off and do the final touch to my hair.

"Are you ready?" My mom asked as she peeked from the door.

I smile before turning around. "Better than ever," I say lightly. "But I'm a bit hesitant," I sigh.

"Oh why dear?" She questions running to my side.

"I just.....What If....what if he's found another girl, moved on, what if I was just a one time thing," I say with tears pricking my eyes.

My mom reassuringly smiles as she runs her hands through my hair, adding the perfect touch. "Well if that is the case, he's a stupid idiot," My mom laughs.

I giggle at her choice of words. My mom was somehow always able to make me feel better, it was like magic. She was always positive, and always had a twinkle of light in the darkest times.

"Thanks mom," I say hugging her.

"Anything for my family, if he really makes you happy, I'm not gonna stop you," she hugs me tightly. "After all I did do the same thing," she sighs.

I nuzzle my head in her shoulder before she pulls away. "Don't wanna ruin your mascara!" She smiles.

I give her one last hug before making my way downstairs to the door.

"Where are you going?" Carson stops me.

"Moms letting me go out," I say.

"Well I-,"

"She's aloud to go Carson don't bother her!" My mom calls from the stairs. I smile as I walk out the door, she's always got my back.

30 minutes later

I parked my car right in the forest where their hideout should be located. The rest you have to walk on foot. I swiftly lock my car and make my way onto the rocky path. The rocks Making my walk a little harder than it should be.

But I should be there in no time.

Soon enough I approach the gates of the hideout, with guards? I never knew he has guards outside? I make my way up to them with a twinkling smile, hoping to at least charm them. Which didn't work.

"Who the hell are you?" One booms.

"And how do you know where this place is?" Another one chirps up.

"I've come here to see Johnny," I say politely trying to keep back my sass.

"Johnny doesn't like visitors and doesn't need petty girls like you," the guard booms at me, inching closer. "But do you know what he does need?" He questions me.

I stand there confused. "What does he need?" I ask in utter confusion brought over me.

"Another bloody kill," he snarls.

He grabs my wrist tightly and drags me to the entrance. The tightness around my wrist stung as if a knife was being dug in. I trembled to keep up my pace as he dragged me by my arm to the door.

"S-stop your hurting me!" I blurt out in pain.

"Shut up!" He barks in my face as he opens the door, revealing the main living room...where Johnny sits.

He swings me onto the marble floor, and I bang my head. Creating a loud thud. I tremble to get up as the man presses his boot to my back, pushing my right back to the ground. I scream in pain as silence was brought over.

"What the hell do you want now?" I voice growls from in front of me.

There I saw the famous dirty blonde facing away from me. His back faces towards me as he was looking out the window.

"This girl claims to visit you, but I'm sure she's just part of the rival gang and being petty," the guard presses his foot down harder on me and I shriek in pain.

"A girl? Well tell the girl she can get out of here cause I won't help or love her, neither will I ever in my future," he growls.

"J-Johnny," I croak out trying to get out of the mans hold, he just presses down harder.

A single tear escaped my eye as I felt my breathing slow down, I was losing air. "Johnny!" I cry softly but start choking.

My vision started to get blurry. That's when I gathered all the air in my body and screamed. "JOHNNY!" I cried as all the air left in my body was gone.

The dirty blonde swiftly turns around in horror after hearing my voice. "LET HER GO NOW!" He shouts as he runs directly towards me, tripping a few times on the way.

I felt the weight on me fade away as I start choking for air. Johnny hugged me tightly as I buried my head in his shoulder still coughing and trying to catch my breath.

"Kenzie Kenzie oh my god I'm so sorry!" He says checking me for any injuries which I did have.

"I-it's Fine," I say standing up and gaining my balance.

Finally realization hits Johnny as he stares at me confused. "Wait....w-why are you here?" He questions.

"What am I not aloud here?" I raise an eyebrow.

"No no not that! It's just....Carson made it pretty clear that he doesn't want us near each other," he sighs.

"Does it look like I care about his opinion?" I smile.

"But he's your brother?" He says confused.

"That doesn't give him the right to control my life," I sway back and forth sheepishly.

"B-but how'd you escape?" He asks.

"Does it really matter?" I laugh.

Johnny finally lets a smile onto his face. "No it doesn't," he says leaning in.

Our lips almost touch before the door slammed open. the one and only blonde stepped in, my brother. He must've followed me all this way. "KENZIE HERE NOW!" Carson shouted.

We both jump and pull away to face him. "Carson-,"

"Get the hell away from my sister," he growls in anger. "Now!".

"Carson stop you can't control my life!" I fire back.

"Yeah but I can make it better than mine!" He says pointing a gun at Johnny specifically.

"Make it better?! How!" I scream.

"Don't make the same mistakes I did," he says a little calmer now.

"But you of all people still haven't learned from your mistakes!" I reply with a little sass poised on my tongue.

"Yes I have! Name one mistake I haven't fixed!" He says still focusing on his gun.

"Your habit of giving up!" I fire at him.

"Giving up?! What have I EVER given up on?!" He shouts.

"Me," a small voice spoke from the stairway.

We look up to match our eyes with the younger dirty blonde. Her hair flowed down her shoulders as her hazel eyes shimmered in the light.

"L-Lauren?"
