Xander:

I watch as Asher runs off. Its so cute how his ears flop in the wind while his tail wags back and fourth. I just want to hold him in my arms. To bad there's still people around, who are all staring at me, I would go after him if we where alone.

Aw man, I might have lost my chance for good... but I just couldn't help myself. Stupid springtime. I always got so horny in the spring, ever since the first time I did it. So for the last two years I've been fighting this urge so hard I was ready to burst. There where so many girls I almost rapped, but didn't of course. They're so lucky.

I shake my head. Clear your mind of all impurities. Humh yeah right, soon as I get home I'm going to fix this problem. I grab my bag that was on the ground next to me. Now where is Ally? She's suppose to pick me up today, right. I pull out my cellphone from my pocket.

1 missed call

Uh oh. I unlock it and check who it was. As I feared it was from Ally. I quickly call her back. I wait as it keeps ringing. I start to panic slightly before I hear her answer. "Broder, I tried to call you earlier. Why didn't you pick up?"

I took in a deep breath. "I'm sorry I was busy with something, aren't you picking me up from school today?"

There was a short silence before she answered. "Yes, silly. I told you that this morning, didn't I?"

I sighed in relief. "So how long you gonna be?"

"I'm right around the corner now hold on." She says angrily.

"Okay, bye." I say before hanging up. Ally pulled up not to much later. I hopped in the passenger seat, and then we headed home.

"So how was today, little broder?" Ally asked after we passed the school.

I smiled. "Today was wonderful. I have a new love."

She perked up. "Oh really, who is it? What animal?"

I looked over at her. Her silver ears where perked up in interest, her tail was warped tightly around her waist and sat in her lap. Yeah I can tell her. "Well it's a he."

She nodded her head. "Continue."

I smiled. She so cool like that. Well she is married to a female, but she's a lion too. Hmm, how will she take this? Well I guess I'd have to tell her anyways. I take in a deep breath. "He's a... well... he's a wolf."

She spun her head to look me in the eyes. "What!?"

A stop light was coming up, fast, so I grab the dashboard. "Watch the road!"

Ally quickly brings her focus back to the road and slams on the breaks. "Ally!"

We stop just before hitting the car in front of us. She turned back towards me. "Don't surprise me like that when I'm driving! Alexander you should know better! Now that we've established that, what did you say he was?"

"A wolf." I whispered softly.

"Can't hear you, speak louder. You know how I hate when you don't speak up." She said rather annoyed.

"He's a wolf." I almost yelled.

She nodded her head then pulled her focus back to the road. "We gotta keep this a secret from mom and dad... especially dad. You know what he did when I brought home a dog."

I look at the scar that ran along her arm. "I know...." I sighed.
