Rape Case Involving the Clan of Chivas and Dela Gentes Ends Up in Escapement

Aeign Dela Gente, eldest son of the Aesandro Dela Gente of Dela Gente's Group of Companies, had gone missing after the owner of Chivas Corporations, Herios Chivas, and wife Margareth Chivas, has charged him by rape on their unica hija, Serena Chivas.

July 04 2018

According to close friends, Dela Gente's attending the same university (Lyceum of the Philippines University) as Chivas. Dela Gente and the latter became classmates during sophomore year, that's how they met. They got close since the next followed school years turned out that they're still in the same class.

September 22 2018

Rumors saying that Dela Gente and Chivas are dating spreads around the campus and it was confirmed by both of them. It was said that they became official on September 05 2018, legal on both Dela Gente and Chivas families.

April 03 2019

The business worlds were shaken when a member of the clan of Dela Gente's got involved in the charge of rape. Aesandro Dela Gente, CEO of Dela Gente's Group of Companies, and father of Aeign Dela Gente, has denied all charges alleging the involvement of his son, Aeign, in a rape claim by the Chivas clan.

From corroborative reports, it was said that March 31 2019, Aeign Dela Gente and Serena Chivas attended the same year-end shindig held at the place of a common friend, Xerxes Gorostiza, son of Cesar and Juliana Gorostiza, who own the Gorostiza Establishments. It was said that the morning after that shindig, the Chivas clan had recieved an anonymous media message containg images of Serena Chivas, unclothed, scraped, blindfolded, bleeding, and looked unmercifully abused.

Serena Chivas arrived home on the afternoon of April 01 2019, Herios and Margareth, their family lawyer, investigators, and even close relatives and friends tried to ask her about what really happened and who raped her. But Chivas remained silent and hasn't talk even a single word. It seems that Chivas was still in a state of trauma.

According to one of Xerxes Gorostiza's guests and Xerxes Gorostiza itself, it was Aeign Dela Gente who was last seen with Serena Chivas after their year-end shindig, pointing out that Dela Gente may be the one who did such things to Chivas. Then there it came that Herios and Margareth Chivas has filed a case against Aeign Dela Gente, with the cause of rape.

April 10 2019

Inverstigations were still on-going until another event had happened, saying that Aeign Dela Gente, had gone missing and nowhere to be found. Xerxes Gorostiza comments that Dela Gente, might have escaped from the case filed against him. Gorostiza says it was possible since Dela Gente before was capable of cutting classes and escaping the school premises way back in secondary school just to attend clubs and do parties. Also according to him, Dela Gente once ALMOST committed rape to one girl at the bar when they were drunk, proving that it wasn't impossible for Dela Gente to repeat the same thing again at Gorostiza's shindig.

May 01 2019

Almost a month has passed, still, Aeign Dela Gente never showed up and Serena Chivas is still silent. On past investigations, there were no signs found in Chivas' body and laboratory tests confirming that Dela Gente has done a deed with her so Herios and Margareth Chivas did not continue suing Dela Gente. Yet, the search is still on for finding Aesandro Dela Gente's only son. Others are claiming that Aeign Dela Gente had committed suicide because of guilt and shame.
